    • Great bidet seat, easy to use.
Set name: ATS - 800 (Round)
I got this for the use of my wife who has developed lewy body dementia associated with Parkinson's disease. She has had a couple of UTI's in the recent months due to being unable to clean herself properly after using the toilet. It was really quite easy to install. The instructions are complete and well organized. We have had it only for a couple of weeks now, but so far it works perfectly. It is very nice to sit on a warm seat and then wash up with warm water. And a warm air dry. I feel it is completely worth the price. There are cheaper units available, but this one works for us. I find that if I move my ar$$ around a bit while cleaning it helps. There is an adjustment for the sprayer nozzle too. I will update my review in a few months to report how it is still going. ... show more

    • Never feel so clean!
Set name: ATS - 908(Round)
I bought it for my husband who due to medical/health reason needs to use the restroom very frequently. This is a blessing to him. It not only cleanses well, it also has other cool functions and one that I really like - warming up the seat (which is so nice during the cold winter days). Even though it was bought for my husband, I use it too and like it a lot. Before the company sent it to me, they called and made sure I measured my toilet seat and chosen the appropriate size. Everything was correct... Then in a few days I received the package. I had a handy man came to install it and after he took the parts off and ready to install the seat, he couldn't fit it in our toilet bowl. I was very sure that I got the correct size, especially after the call from the company. Anyway, we found out they sent us the wrong size, even after the phone call! I couldn't believe it! Anyway, when I called them, the lady who answered the phone remembered speaking to me couple days ago and she was very nice. She apologized promptly and resend us another one immediately. She also sent us a return sticker for the wrong-sized hygiene seat. My husband just told me the other day, that he saw a similar one in Costco but is cheaper, and may buy another one for our chidren's restroom. ... show more

    • Works great but needed to replace some plumbing attachments
Set name: ATS - 800 (Elongated)
So far I would give this 5 stars but I'm taking away one star due to installation problems. I spent a couple of hours troubleshooting small leaks at the hookup to the water supply. I finally took the flex-hose and adapter provided to connect to the water supply valve to Lowe's. The employee in the plumbing section confirmed that the type of washer and connector are not very good and are prone to leak. I was able to buy a single hose (no adapter needed) for under $10 to connect the seat to the main water supply. No more leaks! I just wish that the manufacturer would spend a little more money on a quality connection hose. Once installed the seat works great so far. There is plenty of water pressure and the nozzle has plenty of range for adjustment. ... show more

    • well-made product with great features
Set name: ATS - 908 (Elongated)
This is the first time I use this kind of product and I am impressed. I am unsure about other brands or models but I feel this Lotus seat well worth the dollars spent even though its price is in the higher range in the market. The build quality is very solid for each part and the installation is quite straightforward so there wasn't any issue during the installation. The PureStream might be the best part since this is the only one I could find having this feature and this is the main reason of my choice. Maybe I'm wrong but in the same price range, I didn't find any product that has the constipation relief so if you have this issue, this Lotus one seems to be the best solution. ... show more

    • Water pressure from the nozzle not powerful enough.
Set name: ATS - 2000 (Elongated)
The bidet is esthetically well designed but I found the water stream weak which is reducing the enema function to almost non existent . I had to return it .
