The color of the led did not match the year of manufacture. I was able to see the date on the unit and look it up on the list with the remote. I had a yellow led but the directions worked for the purple led because of the date of manufacture. The important thing is that it works! Took a little while but now I have a remote. ... show more

One of the remotes needed a battery. So I had to spend more money to replace a battery before I had the opportunity to see if it even worked. Luckily it did. I was able to program all three of my garage doors on each remote which makes life much easier. I would purchase again if needed.
