Transformed my Yamaha Golf Cart I swapped out my old 32V lead-acid battery setup for the LOSSIGY 38.4V 105Ah LiFePO4 lithium battery kit, and after 3 months of use, I couldn't be happier with the results. Highlights & Initial Setup: * Unboxing & First Charge: Out of the box, the battery took about 1.5 to 2 hours to get to a full initial charge. The included smart touch screen display makes monitoring state-of-charge extremely easy and convenient. * Installation Process: I removed all six heavy lead-acid batteries and prepped the battery bay. It required a little custom fabrication to fit the new battery tray layout, mounting plates, and 12V converter properly, but everything installed cleanly into my Yamaha cart. * Custom Charging Port: I bought a separate flush-mount charger receptacle online and installed it directly onto the front body of the cart. Plugging in the included charger takes seconds now—no lugging heavy chargers around or wrestling with seats. Performance: The performance improvement is night and day. Removing all that lead weight combined with the consistent power delivery of LiFePO4 makes the cart run smoother and pick up speed in a way it never did before. Three months in, it's holding charge strong and performing flawlessly. If you are thinking about converting an older 32V system to lithium, this LOSSIGY kit is an absolute game-changer! Cheap battery. Within 2 weeks an internal cell shorted out causing voltage to drop like a rock. Luckily it happened early enough I could get a refund and wasn’t stuck with it. After doing more research make sure the battery you buy has quality cells and overcharging protection

Set name: 36V Golf Cart Battery Conversion Kit(...
Bought during Prime Days to update lead acid batteries in a 20 Year old EZ-GO Textron. Install took about 6 hours start to finish, and this is just narrow enough that by breaking the welds on the two centerpieces of the battery frame (you'll see what I mean if you have the same cart) and pounding out the frame just a bit, this battery will seat in the old frame. I lag bolted one side down and used the included ratchet on the other. All connections are pretty straightforward with two exceptions. The first is you need to add a terminal and connect the red wire from the old charger to positive battery. The black and white from the old charge port and the old charge port itself can get tossed. All other previous connections go to positive or negative. The other confusing connection is the 12v connection for horn, lights, etc. is the green factory wire in the back of the cart under the package tray and this is the connection you will want to wire to the load hot of the 12v transformer (sold separately). I grounded the load ground of the transformer to the frame and the the fees wires to battery +/- respectively. Anyhow, those were the two main items I spent the most time figuring out and if you have an older EZ-GO, I hope they help as the install wiring diagram is of no help. Since install, I have 4 18 hole rounds on the battery and it is night and day difference under load like a second rider and going up hills. There is a noticeable difference on top end speed also, but the real showstopper is the improved torque. Full 18 up and down hills with a second rider and the battery was at 67%. One last thing I did, was installed the battery screen over the old charge port void with some mounting tape and drilled a hole next to it to mount the new charge port.
