Very adorable batteries, compared to OEM, even if they don’t live up to their stated claims. I appreciate the knowledge of other reviewers who have the know how to test these things. The only thing I can go by is how long they last and these last a long time. They’ve gotten through some long snow blower sessions. They fit just like the OEM without issue. They weigh about what you’d expect of a higher capacity battery, and take about as long to charge as you’d think. Overall, they function well and cost about half of what the originals cost. They may not live up to the full claims, but for the money it’s reasonable.

These batteries are label 24V 7500mAh 180Wh but the pack is composed of twelve DMEGC INR18650-25P 18650 cells rated at 2500mAh 9.3Wh. You would need twenty of these cells to achieve 180Wh of energy. The math doesn't add up. Because the twelve cells are arranged in a 6S2P configuration we can conclude the pack has a 5000 mAh capacity with 111.6Wh of energy. It's a shame that the ratings are misstated because otherwise the packs are good. These packs are solidly constructed with secure welds, a thermal probe secured with silicone rubber, plenty of isolation on the PCB, and a solid ABS housing. The PCB even appears to have a conformal coating on the components to help protect from water damage. DMEGC is a reputable, if budget, battery supplier from China. There's nothing wrong with these cells, in fact they're rated at 8C with 6A continuous charge and 30A continuous discharge. The cells are expected to last 500 charge cycles and retain 80% of their capacity. Functionally the pack works in Sun Joe tools, it fit perfectly and powered both my inflator and blower. For the price, these are about half the price of a Sun Joe 5000 mAh pack. If they hadn't lied about the capacity I would have given the pack 4 stars.
