The couch is a task to put together but the instructions were easy to follow. I feel like at the beginning of the whole thing open the bags with the cushions first. Or leave them open for a few days to get the shape back. Buy overall it's perfect for a first time couch.

The product is good but it is different when you assemble it. The back rest of the sofa is very weak and not firm. If you aren't planning to put it against the wall..think twice before buying it.

Soooo coming from a very large sectional to this couch! Was some getting use to! The entire couch had to be put together. A bracket was bent. But we were able to use it. The couch sat really low to the floor. The material is nice. The fullness of the cushions could have been better. No matter how much u fluff them since they are vacuumed sealed it’s not a full presentation like the image. The size in length is good for our space but the width and leg space could have been bigger. The ottoman was a great add on. I purchased furniture risers and the couch is not as low to the ground. ... show more

Can’t beat the price. Perfect small size for our bonus room / kids game room. Material seems durable and dark color so should hold up to the wear, tear, and spills from kids. Comfortable enough to lay on for Dad’s escaping to watch football.

Update they were very helpful during this hard time. They ended up refunding me for the couch and told me to keep it. Do not get this couch. Got it for my kids and I for our first place. I spent over 2 hrs putting it together and the. 2 part broke when the kids sat on it. It's so hard and so ppsmo small. The metal backing was very uncomfortable. I can't even return because I don't have the box anymore and I'd have to take the whole thing a part. We can't use it now either so we re stuck with no couch to sit on and no way to get rid of or return this one. Complete waste of money that a single mom didn't have to waste. ... show more
