After some back and forth with Longer Support, they sent me a new printer after I sent the original back. Unfortunately, it was damaged in shipping; however, this time, they sent me a new one before I sent the damaged one back. The media could not be loaded. Update- I could not get a single print to adhere to the built plate. After lots of research and YouTube videos I finally figured out the offset of the z-axes was the issues. I was able to get it dialed in and now the printer is working flawlessly. It may behoove Longer to add some documentation to their packaging to help new users. It would have saved me lots of frustration.. I would recommend printer with the caveat of- New users beware of issues when 1st starting with unit. Patience will be needed. The printer arrived as promised. Unfortunately it was DOA. After a couple of emails back and forth with longer tech support a shipping label was emailed to me and the printer was returned. New printer arrived in a another week (A total of 2 additional weeks from arrival of original printer). Printer is easy to assemble and we were printing with in an hour. 1st large print job was started today. The self leveling sensor broke with in 10 minutes of starting the project. Printer is still functioning. I decided to order the replacement sensor from Amazon instead of dealing with longer again. The media could not be loaded. A great low-cost and high-performance printer. It was easy to assemble. Bed magnetized heated is great for extraction of the printed parts, auto leveling and filament presence sensors helps a lot.     • Works great until it doesn't which if you're lucky might be two weeks, less if you use it more.
Very fragile, works well for a while then everything starts falling apart. Forget tech-support. There is no support. If you want to update the firmware you'll be learning how to tape USB cable wires and spend hours watching 'how to' videos. If you want to spend endless hours learning how to level the print bed, then relevel it every time you use it then this is your printer. For hobbyists interested in debugging things, this printer will give you a challenge. You get what you pay for, spend more money get something better like a Prusa. ... show more

I got this printer and didn't know what to expect. I owned Longer printers in the past for their large build volume. I was pleasantly surprised with this printer. There was a little more assembly required than some printers in this price range, but it's understandable for what you are getting. It has auto bed leveling, dual gear direct drive extruder, flexible PEI sheet, filament runout sensor, power loss protection and lots of other really nice features. I believe this is their first printer to feature these type of premiums as their past printers have all been bare bones to keep the price down. As I mentioned before, the assembly took a little longer than I expected even though it's MOSTLY pre-assembled, but once it was together, I was off and printing within minutes. The bed leveling feature is very accurate and gave me perfect first layers on every print so far. The printer is also very silent, I had to keep looking over my shoulder to make sure it was still on because the fans barely make any noise at all. I think for most people looking to get a good print experience out of the box, this is a great deal and will be even better with Black Friday or holiday prices. No more frustration when it comes to trying to get your bed leveled just right. It also gives both options, you can do assisted manual leveling to dial everything in, then run the auto bed leveling for an even more accurate print. This is my 14th printer added into my arsenal and it will be a nice addition! ... show more
