I'm having trouble were my right leg starts hurting bad while walking my dog. I found this on Amazon and thought I would give it a try. Concerned that it would not go over the speed bumps in the street. Low and behold it clears the bumps with no problems. Since getting it I have added 2 rear view bike mirrows for riding it in the street. One of the best purchases I have made in a long time. I can now continue walking my dog in comfort. This product is very helpful since it has allowed my husband freedom to get around without assistance. It is a little difficult to load in the car and take the seat off and on so it will fit in my car. Other than that, great product!

I bought this product because I can not walk long distance. I took one star off because while the scooter can go down a sidewalk curb, it can not go up a side walk curb without having to put it into manuel push mode (located at rear of scooter). It takes two people to lift it into back of van, even when broken down into sections. Notice the ad shows the scooter in back of van, but you won't see how it got there because one person can not do it alone. Anyone with a back problem should not be lifting this scooter. Eventually, I plan to get a lift for the back of my van so I can go shopping by myself and not need any assistance with lifting it. It comes with a booklet on how to maintain it which is helpful. The scooter weighs 97 lbs and is still heavy when the seat is removed. Please do not attempt to lift by yourself. If you need to enter a store without automatic opening doors, you will need someone to hold door open for you as you enter. All my questions were answered by the seller even though it took a little bit of persistance on my part to get the right answer. That may have been due to seller not understanding my question...not sure. Anyway, the speed range is excellent as I put it through a test run for first time today (Oct 12, 2021). If you need to know for the future where you can take it for any repairs, the seller will tell you. Mine happens to be 23 minutes from where I live. For me, this was a good purchase because I don't have to rent one every time I go on vacation and I can shop locally at stores that don't provide scooters.
