Edit: The clear case on the plastic portion of the faucet filter cracked when I had four more filters left, so I reached out to the company to see if they would just replace the case since I have so many filters left. Although it took a while, Tylola did get back to me and helped me with my concern. Other than that one issue, I have used and loved the same product( faucet filter) from this company for years with no issue.     • Broke within a month- Cheap Plastic- No replacement
I really liked this at first, it screwed onto the faucet really easily and worked perfectly for a month. But when I tried to change the filter for the first time, I had to remove it from the faucet (it was impossible to just unscrew the bottom) and then when I tried to reattach it to the faucet it won't go back on. The cheap plastic already wore out after just 1 month. And I tried contacting Toyola for a replacement but the inquiry form does not go through. ... show more

Was working fine until about 5-6 weeks in....the plastic sides of the faucet started to get cracks and water would squirt out from the sides. I had to disconnect the product.     • Waste of money
The product worked great for a month and a half then broke like many other reviews. I liked that I could see the filter turning darker and knowing when to switch it out. However, it just does not last. Now I'm stuck with the parts it sent with. Generated waste and regret making this purchase.
