This raincoat is exactly what I have been looking for. It is lined, the sleeves and pockets are lined with the same stripped fabric seen in the hood. Red Wine looks great and resembles the color online. I have a 38 inch chest and purchased the large. Fits nicely with room to spare. My broad shoulders and long arms fit perfectly. Well made, good craftmanship, seams are well sealed, great length on my 5'4' frame. One way zipper on the front covered by a flap with snaps. In other words, double wind rain protection. The snaps are not cheap they hold well. There is no pleat in the back. The hood is generous with a nice draw string. Great price for a Spring/Fall raincoat.

I love the purple. It is long enough to cover your backside. The sleeves are long enough and don't have all the straps and Velcro many rain jackets do. The hood isn't so deep that it falls over your face. The pockets are functional and deep. It also keeps you dry! Worth the price, very well made.

I bought this coat because of travelling during Tropical Storm Debby a few weeks back, but also knew it would come in handy afterwards. I read other reviews and agree that it is a light weight rain jacket that does sometimes keep you a bit warm if it’s moderately warm outside in the rain. I can definitely deal with that, as I felt the coat breathes decently well. The material is of good quality. I like the color choices, but was limited to which one I could get before the storm hit. I chose the navy blue and am very happy with it. I feel like this will definitely come in handy this winter during some of the rainy times in NC and while being out in the elements during basic day to day life.

I am 5'8, 155 lbs, 36C, and got this in XL. The fit is perfect I have worn this in heavy and light rain, and you stay dry in a light rain but if you're out in it for too long or heavy rain it does start to seep all the way through the coat. The coat itself is super thin, well made, lightweight, looks very stylish, and has two side pockets on each side that are deep enough to hold your phone, keys, and a handful of small items. I like that the flaps over the pockets cover the pocket itself therefore keeping your items dry, and it snaps closed if needed. The jacket also zips up and has additional snap button closure to cover the zipper. If you zip it all the way up it does keep your neck well covered as well. The hood is large enough to cover the entire head, and I had no issues with vision while the hood was up. There are also drawstrings on each side, that are easily reached, if you want to give it a little more fitted look. The biggest issue, or con for me is as mentioned that it is not waterproof in longer periods of rain or heavy rain. Also this is made of 100% Polyester, and I really started sweating in this after a while, and the material just started sticking to me, especially on the arms. This was during a very warm summer day. So this coat may be better, for me anyways, more so in the Spring or Fall when it's cooler outside. This raincoat would be so perfect if the inner lining would be made out of a different material, that does not keep in the heat so much. So in conclusion, I would recommend this for a light rainy or windy day, to wear for short time periods, but as for me personally, I am still on the hunt for a decent raincoat that can hold up.

Have to admit ordering any clothing online ..most the time I end up sending things back. Going to Ireland in September ordered a few jackets, of few different styles- & this met my needs!. The material wasn’t cheaply made- I wanted to make sure the sleeves look like sleeves and not elastic- Although I’m not a fan of the striping inside the jacket- and I wish the hood was removable—- But for the price it checked off the boxes that I was looking for- I am 5’4 128 lb got the large since I plan to wear bulky sweaters underneath. It was long enough and not too long. I rolled it up.. Toss it in my suitcase a week ago… Just unrolled it and did not have all the crazy lines when you roll up clothing. Also, the thing I didn’t like was the inside strap there’s no holder to keep it cinched in… So I took the straps and tied it to the cinch what I want.. That’s not a game changer for me. It’s cute. The material is good… I don’t know if it’s rainproof I think it’s more rain resistant and not sure about the wind… But who cares I’m in Ireland!.. I’m sure a pub will be nearby ! I live in the SF Bay Area, Used to rain and wind. It’s no big deal to me... I’ll have sweaters underneath anyway.. The style is cute to wear around town and to the Ring & Cliffs of Moher. I say thumbs up!

I bought this coat for a rainy vacation trip to Edinburgh and so far the coat looks great and fits really well... however it feels terrible in the rain. The fabric isn't really rainproof enough and even in the light rain I was in, if you're in the rain longer than 5 minutes it will start to penetrate because the layers and fabric are so thin. Plus it retains the water so badly that it feels like even after the rain is gone the inside will still feel soaking wet. Also it will cause you to sweat like crazy because it retains so much moisture and very little breathability especially in the arms.
