I ordered 80 locks a little over a month ago and more than 15 have broken and even more have issues when locking. This lock was a good buy for quantity. I could not use it at work to assign to employees, as the locks do not have serial numbers engraved on them. I needed this to keep track of the locks. Had to send them back, would be too time consuming for me to engrave each one myself.
