The product support at Amazon for this product is for a combination lock, not applicable to a fingerprint padlock. 2) the instructions say to press and release your finger until the blue light stays on. The blue light never stays on after 30 tries. It only flashes. Does any finger will open the lock and I'm unable to proceed past step one. 3) I can't find any support from Amazon or manufacturer, contact for this product.

Be sure to follow these instructions. ）Please pay anttention: 2 different fingerprints must be registered in succession for the first time.(otherwise Fingerprint setting failed,any Skin touch can open the lock) 2) Please find a video QR code in attachment, you can scan the QR code to watch the video How to setting fingerprint ? the below 1-5 steps 1.Long press the fingerprint continually until the blue light on. 2.take one finger to touch 10 times or more on different position until the green light on . 3.(the green light still up) then take the another finger to touch 10 times or more until the green light off.that is to say the second fingeprint setting success. All done 1-3 steps,the first and second administrator fingerprints all setting success. 4.add the third fingerprint（or more）again .Unlock the lock and don't move the finger until the blue light on (this step which is use the first or the second fingeprint to do ) 5.on the 4 step when the blue light on can move the finger,take the third finger on the different position until the green light on,that is to say now the third fingerprint setting success.

Setup is a little bit confusing but its not too hard at the end of the day. my recommendation is to set many different examples of the finger(s) you want to use just in case. and the battery does last a good time. One thing I will note is that if the fingerprint scanner stops working as well it needs to be charged even though the indicator light is not on yet. This works great for my locker at work. nobody’s really gonna steal anything but i definitely want to have it locked, and It makes it so i dont have to have a key. but it really isnt going to stop anyone with any knowledge of opening locks maliciously.

I got this for my gym locker. I don't need a super strong lock because everyone at the gym is honest. I love that I don't need to keep a key on me when I go in the pool. Getting the lock to recognize your fingerprint takes a couple of tries, which is part of the recognition process. The instructions are difficult to understand, but they do the job. I will buy another lock for my wife to use. I like the ease of use.

I have read all the support for this and setting up which is confusing and lacking. I’m happy with product actually because I don’t care if it looks. I am just using for show and deterrence. But it would really nice if it would actually work. I hope this is not premature and I end up learning how to program it. My advice would be to be extremely careful. Do not touch it AT ALL until you are ready ti program it. Not just got it and curious! Don’t touch that fingerprint thing at all until you are ready. Follow the directions exactly or you will program it wrong and I possibly broke it that way. I went on there and it says a red light exists. I’ve read it thru I feel I’ve tried everything and wasted alot of time. I follow the directions exactly and there is no red light on mine so I wonder if it’s defective. Regardless I would not recommend unless you don’t plan on actually locking or using it but just having for show like me. Otherwise, I’d probably ask for my money back since anybody touching it can unlock it and that’s not locking anything. Good luck. It’s actually a win for me anyway because I don’t necessarily trust these people or the company to have my fingerprints on file. I don’t know if that’s possible or they actually do but I think they are too incompetent to make a database anyway so I’m not that worried. Maybe it’s a great product and I’m just stupid lol who knows but I don’t have time for the confusing complex setup

Just received the lock, can't say that I know the battery life, but I can say that I had no problems programming it, and that it works exactly as expected. I spent nearly a day playing with it as if it were a fidget spinner or something, and it was fairly consistent. It doesn't seem easy to modify or replace the battery though. The USB charging is a plus. The charging seemed to work well. Overall, I feel this will be a quality lock that will last for a while, and though it won't last as long as a mechanical lock and requires fairly frequent maintenance via charging, , the security of not having a simple code that can be leaked to anyone, plus the ability to add different users without risking over compromise is a worthwhile trade-off.

I used this lock once before throwing it in the trash. The fact that the instructions are written in abysmally broken English should have been a red flag. After charging it and setting it up last night, I took it to the gym this morning. I locked my locker with it after changing for my workout, came back and it took a half dozen attempts for it to recognize my fingerprint and open. I then changed to go swim laps and locked it again. After returning from swimming, it took at least 50 attempts to get it to recognize my finger print and open. I can't trust that this lock will actually work. I would vehemently not recommend this product.
