The lock picking lawyer has taught me that locks are useless if someone wants to get in they will. So I decided to replace my required gym lock with this from a padlock. After all don't want to carry keys with me at the gym. The good news is it works. Setting up finger prints is easy. Opens the first time every time.... When your finger is dry. Take two or three tried when your finger is wet and as you can imagine for a gym locker this is ½ the time.     • Nice and good functionality
Locks are nice. Easy to programme. Easy to use. Opens instantly. I wanted to use it with my back pack and carryon. Size was very big and did not serve my purpose hence returned them and bought another product in smaller size. I recommend it if you want a bigger lock for your home, gym locker etc.

doesn't feel very sturdy, good small chest lock or something. Reader works every third time or so. Don't rely on this to save your life, but otherwise you get what you pay for.

Setup is a little bit confusing but its not too hard at the end of the day. my recommendation is to set many different examples of the finger(s) you want to use just in case. and the battery does last a good time. One thing I will note is that if the fingerprint scanner stops working as well it needs to be charged even though the indicator light is not on yet. This works great for my locker at work. nobody’s really gonna steal anything but i definitely want to have it locked, and It makes it so i dont have to have a key. but it really isnt going to stop anyone with any knowledge of opening locks maliciously. ... show more

This little lock is slim and looks great where I have put it. I have locked a chest full of cleaning products in a house that are shared with multiple people. It works very well with my fingerprints. I'm so happy I have it. One thing I would mention is that, like most fingerprint technology, if your hands are wet it doesn't quite work so well. But that is to be expected.     • Don’t buy it, it does not last. The website description is wrong and it does work
I hardly ever actually write reviews on Amazon but for this one I decided to since I was not happy with the product. Do not buy this unless you plan to use it every day (and when I say that I mean everyday) I bought this for my locker at work because I thought it was cool and I didn’t have to cary a key that could get lost. The fingerprint reader is really small and you have to get your finger in the exact spot you did during set up or else it will not unlock which turned out to be a hassle. It was working good and according to the description the battery was supposed to last for like hundreds and hundreds of unlocks. That was not the case. I had it for like 2 months only unlocking it maybe 3 times a day 4 days a week. Then last week I went on vacation for 10 days when I came back to work the battery was dead on this piece of garbage and there was no way to unlock it. One of my friends told me oh by the way that thing has been making beeping sounds all while you were gone. I ended up having to get bolt cutters from our maintenance department to cut this lock off and throw it away ... show more
