3/5 These headphones have 2 different audio qualities one for when in calls and one for when not in call. These are registered as two different devices. The not in call audio is wonderful and within expectations for the price point. The in call audio is tinny and poppy at times. The microphone is quiet. It is baffling to me as to why these two audio modes have such different audio qualities, without providing any software to ease the annoyance of having to swap audio outputs between the two modes. Overall, these should be used outside of calls, and only as a backup for VoIP solution.

the most basic cheap headset you could ever buy. My complaints are that the quality is terrible when you are calling someone and if you put your phone in your pocket while listening to music, the music will get choppy. I would only recommend if you are just sitting with your phone on your desk doing work, but not for walking around or calling. I personally returned these headphones TWICE so its definitely an issue with the way the product was built!

i really enjoyed these headphones, however the battery and connection instructions are kind of dumb. it takes forever to connect, im never sure if its charged long enough, it takes forever for it to charge. and its been a week? and the cord to plug it into my other devices to listen to music, the wires are already exposed, im really disappointed about this. my name is Caitlin and i ordered these on my moms amazon account, for the price they are good but im a little disappointed the wires are already exposed, and i cant figure this out
