Well I can’t exactly rate these a one just because I don’t like them; that’s not really fair; but I don’t like them. THEY’RE SOOOOO SOFT! I don’t know what other reviewers were talking about that these are somewhat firm. They are soft like a cloud. If you push on one side with one hand and have your other hand on the opposite side you can touch hands. I’m a side sleeper and I got these to replace the two pillows I sleep with that I use to keep my spine straight while I sleep. I put one in the front of my torso and one on my spine. I prop my leg up onto the pillow to keep everything in alignment; but I can’t do that with these puppies. The weight of my leg pushes the pillow almost flush against my mattress so the whole thing is pointless. Maybe it’s just that my leg weighs more than my head so I’m bound to have a problem… I can’t even imagine using this under my head with my already janky neck . Then again I’m used to a very expensive, very firm, thick memory foam cervical pillow so my perception may be skewed. So if you want firm go elsewhere. If you want your pillow to feel like cotton candy you’re in the right place. Having said that these are super nice and very high quality. They feel expensive… the stitching is well done and there were no stray threads or innards sticking out anywhere. They come vacuum packed in a small box and when you open the plastic they poof up quickly. I waited 24 hours though before using them to be safe and by that next day they were even pouffier so I’d recommend that. There was no weird chemical smell either. A word of caution: BE CAREFUL WHEN OPENING THE BOX IT COMES IN. I hope the people that pack these read this because what they’re doing is a recipe for a return. The pillows are crammed into a small box that barely fits them. There’s no packing materials to act as a barrier between the pillow and the interior of the cardboard box. So when you go to cut the packing tape off with box cutters or scissors you can very easily knick one of the pillows and cut a hole in your new way too soft cloud they’re calling a pillow. Scissors will be a better bet but you still need to be careful. Oh, and they’re made in China so if that’s a thing for you be forewarned. Overall I’d recommend if you like super soft pillows. But if you have neck or spinal issues steer clear. There is zero support.

I have a ton of medical problems, and chronic pain is one of them. I have the hardest time trying to find pillows that give my neck the support it needs, yet still feeling soft to me. Honestly I get really sick trying to find pillows that will work for me. I didn't hold much hope when I ordered these to be honest, but boy am I glad that I took the chance on them! They're soft and comfy, but yet they give me support and I haven't been waking up with my neck killing me anymore! I'm thinking about ordering another set just to throw up on my closet shelf, to make sure that I have them when these wear out! -I hope though, that is a long time away!! lol I highly recommend this set of pillows!

These pillows are comfortable. Semi-lightweight and super-soft. These are like hotel-grade and will accommodate many people who have neck and back problems (unless you have a particular need that these do not fill). My husband says he must sleep on thin pillows, or his neck hurts. These are much thicker. I think it is more likely someone will love these than the down pillows I have been trying to get my husband to throw away. I was wearing a CPAP at night for several years, and finding my comfort was critical; if I weren't comfy, I would wake up feeling tired MOST days. The foam pillows that many people love do not feel good to me at all. They are too hot, and they make my nerves feel on end. I do not know why this is. I couldn't sleep on many pillows in less expensive hotels for those years, even some less expensive. I need something that cradles my head, neck, shoulders easily, without pressure points. I would suggest reading through this product page for tips on caring for your new pillows, as you might want to keep these for a while. I can't attest to how long these will last before going flat; all I can say is that they are well-filled with the right stuff. They are also dense with that lightweight feel, not just inflated with much air. These are worth the money, and unlike the others, I loved these will last a while longer. Enjoy!

These were for a gust room and don't get a lot of hard use but have been used for two weekends during the past month. both guests were very satisfied with the pillows. They are well made with the right amount of fill for a comfortable sleep. One of the guests liked to sleep with his pillow doubled up for height and he also said he slept very comfortably on his pillow. They are being used on a Queen size bed and are described as Queen size, but they can be squeezed into our old standard size pillowcases to make them a bit firmer if desired.

These pillows are nice and soft with a decent amount of support. They seem to stay cool which is nice and fit nicely into my pillow cases. If you’re looking for a feather alternative that is soft these are a great value.
