The packaging was severely damaged and there was a lot of flaws in the fixture. I purchased the this fixture at a sale price and therefore I did what I can to mend the cosmetic flaws that it had. In the end it is very rustic and blends in with my decor. I’m happy with the money I saved. If you want a light fixture that has no flaws this may not be the one for you. I don’t know if the ones that are full price are absent of those flaws. Some of the iron holders are also not perfectly straight. ... show more

    • Missing half the parts
I can’t speak on assembly or install because mine came missing half the parts. No chain, no ceiling mount and no chain links to secure the rods to the circle fixture. I hired an electrician to come hang this and am out $75 for NOTHING! My advice would be to open and make sure you have everything needed as soon as you receive it. Very disappointed!! ... show more
