This unit cools my bedroom (12 ft x 12 ft) room quickly and efficiently, even during hot summer days. It's been over 90F here in Pittsburgh. Installation was straightforward thanks to the window included kit, and the remote control is easy to use. I am a single guy in a big house so I got this so I can turn my main HVAC off and save money! I've had the unit for almost two years so far and it was the best decision ever! It cools the room fairly quickly + it's not noisy. Now it will make noise in the room, of course, but you can't hear it outside of it which was my biggest worry. I live in the second floor of my house above another room. And they complain they can hear every single little noise from mine. All the way to a simple mouse click (not even kidding) but so far, 2 summers with this unit a 0 complaints! So I'd rate it 5 stars

This AC cools down my room great, and it’s on the smaller side which I really like. It’s super easy to use as well. But it is a little noisy, but not too bad. It does feel like it gets a little warm when being used all day, but I think that’s normal. The window attachment was too long for our standard size window, so we did have to cut it. Overall decent for the price.

I wasn't sure if these types of air conditioners would work well, but it surprisingly keeps our bedroom really cold! I also appreciate that when it's in cool mode, you don't have to drain the water, as it self-evaporates. I only wish there was a setting that would allow the cool air to run continuously without the thermostat eventually shutting it off, which wakes us up in the middle of the night. Because of that, I will give it 4 stars. Recently, I noticed a strange smell coming from the unit that resembled a possible coolant leak. It could have been due to a dirty filter, but I cleaned it. Nevertheless, I contacted customer service, and they sent me a brand new unit, so I’m giving it an extra star for their excellent support!

I have had the 14,000 btu for less than 6 months. Last week it made a very loud grinding noise and stopped working before I could turn it off. Upon inspection, I found that a fan had ripped itself apart. I found all the pieces when took the exaust duct off. After contacting customer service, they told me they would replace it. A few days later I get an email saying that the 14,000 btu is no longer available, would I accept a 12,000 btu instead. Reluctantly I said ok. Please send it soon, its hot. A few days later, I get another email saying the 12,000 btu is not available, would I accept a 10,000 btu. This is when I lost it. Told them I would not accept this and please give me a refund so I can order one on my own. Btw both the 14,000 and 12,000 btu units are still available on Amazon to order. I don't understand what the point is. Why have a warranty when you can't fix or replace what I bought. And why make me feel like I'm getting scammed because your product failed??? Im on week 2 of waiting to get some sort of resolution. So if you order from this company, good luck, hopefully you have a better experience than I did.

10,000BTU. More than enough to make my bedroom, living room AND kitchen crispy cold. I love it's smart, sleek design. The exhaust pipe is a thicker material and the way it connects to the AC by sliding in place is really convenient. It's small and doesn't take up a lot of space but it's powerful and effective. After trying different units, I've finally found what I was looking for.

I really wanted to like this whole, "portable" a.c. movement, but it's not for me. The unit is powerful and blows really cold air and far at that. The problem is, the hose get really hot and since it's inside your bedroom or any room, it's like a cancellation war between the cold air blowing out the front of the unit, and the hot air building up from the hose in the back. You can take a chance it if you like, but I'ma go back to the classic a.c. units. They sit in your window, drip the water itself and blows the hot air out. My bedroom feels comfortable, but not cold enough for a NYC walk-up.
