This is a great modular sectional! We searched high and low for a modular set that would meet our needs with 4 active children and a tiny dog who likes to scratch at the furniture when he loses his toys. The set is easy to put together, wipes off easily, and resists the scratches of the dog. Everyone really enjoys being able to bend the backrests down, also. This thing is super easy to fall asleep on. Lol It's not too low to the ground and the little lumbar pillows and storage are great. We keep everything in the storage: blankets, books, the extra tools to modulate the furniture, etc. Note: The feet of the ottomans do not come with padding, so I would recommend that you grab some furniture pads to stick on those and they can make it difficult to slide across the floor, especially hard floor. The thought of spending thousands of dollars with a third party seller on a couch from Amazon seemed a bit crazy. After shopping all the retail stores in the area, this seemed the best option. It shipped immediately with a single tracking number and a requirement of a signature. I took off the day to receive only 2 boxes of backrests with Amazon marking it delivered. I immediately reached out to the seller as I was missing 13 boxes. I received a response the next day with all 13 tracking numbers. All boxes arrived 2 days later and I did need to sign for them. Everything arrived with all parts and colors being correct. My son and I easily assembled it and were much pleased with the quality. It is well built. The additional storage is amazing. Since we’ve had nothing but cold and snow, we’ve watched several movies having spent hours with the family sitting on it. I would describe it as firm, but comfortable. The backrests are more comfortable with the pillows. The backrests easily adjust and stay in place. So far our cat has not attempted to scratch it, but she definitely will sleep on it. So much to say, this sofa is very soft and comfortable! We ordered the brown, it is actually a very light brown similar to light chocolate milk, extremely neutral and very nice. The fabric is so soft and the versatility is incredible, also each seat has storage making it that much more functional. This sofa arrives in multiple 30-40lb cartons - for my configuration 15. I was able to move all of the boxes without help (for reference I am a normal sized 60year old female) and stack them prior to assembling it. Assembly is incredibly easy, my husband and I put the entire set together in less than an hour. The true star of this review is LLapuil for their customer service: shipping was free and a week faster the it was supposed to be! When the majority of the sofa arrived 3 cartons were missing so I contacted LLapuil via Amazon and received a response the same day. They informed me that the cartons were back ordered and gave me a concrete timeframe to expect their arrival which was 100% accurate. I researched and searched for a very long time to find a modular sectional to meet my needs and when I reviewed this one, I knew I had found a winner! I am so relaxed on this couch it's hard not to fall asleep. Pros: soft and firm, functional with every piece offering ample storage, and versatile to make onto any shape I desire. Large seating area. Arms and backs go in multiple directions for a unique fit. More tools and anchors/brackets than you'll ever need. Cons: only 1 back or side arm per section, stabilizing brackets do not fit properly but are not required if you don't have kids or animals using as a trampoline. Only pillows have zipper to wash, not arms or backs. Wish that it had more colors. This one is brown but could be mistaken as gray. Taupe. Ultimately, happy with my choice and am considering buying more pieces in the future! ... show more
