This table was gorgeous. I say "was" because I couldn't keep it. It was just too big for my RV. I would buy it again if I had a bigger dining area. It is made with a fragile thin metal and has a tendency to dent if you place something on the table with hardly any force at all. My solution, since I liked the look and design so much, was to put a plastic protective cover on it. These covers are about $35 and are designed for tables. The cover looked nice and did not distract from the elegance of the table. One final comment about assembly. I thought it was one of the easier pieces to assemble. I would not, however, recommend using a drill. You will over tighten and cause it to dent. Use a hand tool. You will be glad you did. ... show more

Good, but not perfect. In assembling the table, I found parts numbers 2 and 3 had the opposite stickers on them. Luckily the directions are pictures so I was able to figure it out. Not all holes lined up between the legs and table top. Therefore I was not able to use all the screws and bolts. I was able to make it work. Table is assembled, minus a few bolts. I believe it will be fine as there are braces between the table and the legs. There are also a few very small pits or dings in the table top. I may be the only one who notices them. I needed a table this size to replace and even smaller one that barely seated 4 people. This should seat 4-6. I ordered a chair for each end for when we need extra seats. I put this together myself in about 45 minutes. 60+ year old female. I've been building furniture for many years. A bit disappointed the holes didn't match up, but again I think it will be fine. You get what you pay for. It’s sturdy and functional but I didn’t realize that it’s high gloss and after three months of occasional use, it’s very scuffed up.
