I would actually give it 3.5 stars! I was disappointed with the color. I bought the purple and blue duo pack and I thought the purple would be the shade depicted in the advertised picture but it was actually a much deeper color. I think that picture should be updated to be more accurate.. but it’s not that big of a deal, I’ll probably just give the purple one to someone else :) The size is also a little smaller than I thought it would be. This works if you have small hands but if you have bigger hands then it might be a little uncomfortable to use.

The two pack gives you two different sizes of “spikes.” I got these for my daughter who has level 1 autism, ADHD, and anxiety. She loved them! My mother who has arthritis in her hands said she felt relief after squeezing one. For me, who has none of these things, didn’t see the appeal, so I found it interesting that if you need it, it works, and if you don’t, you don’t understand the appeal. They are sized to fit in your hand, which is great, except that means they are easily lost.
