So in the comments I've noticed all these 'experts' suggesting items based on opinion or looked up specs - BUT THEY DON'T OWN NOR USE IT - COME ON!!! I OWN the 24' and I also have a full collection to other ladders (adjuster by trade). My Werner 24' Type 1A Weighs a TON more than this one, period. I will in the weeks to come likely purchase the 28 footer too (I also have the Louisville in a 28' type 1A and a Werner in the same and both are ridiculously heavy). I'm on DAY ONE with this ladder - did three roofs today - and although I wish it FULLY extended 24' - the lightness and ability to wield this in tight spots makes up for any 'shortness". There is NO comparison to my other 24 - this one bounces less, weighs less, and the pull rope is much smother. Hands down - WIN. UPDATE JULY 2021 - still got it - still use it DAILY - and still LOVE IT. Their mechanism to raise/lower is genius. Compared to the run of the mill standard - its so much better. I do rooftop service of HVAC units and climb more then a 200 times per year. Ladder has minimal flex giving it a solid feel. It's easy to setup and extend. Weight is lighter then most ladders. Highly recommend.

Lighter than others I’ve used and super stable since they sent me the sumo stance version. The ability to use the outriggers to make it level and the stability of the wide stance are great.
