  • Good price for a real good battery
Style: 48V 60Ah
I bought this for my 2002 club car ds as a replacement for the heavy LA batteries. This one battery replaced all 6 of my 8v batteries. I was able to lose over 300 lbs of batteries, which I think is incredible. I’ve had this in my cart for the summer so far and it has been the best decision I made. I installed a shunt to monitor the load and battery life and I can say that this is all I will ever run from here on out. The amp hour rating was lower than my LA original setup but I believe I get longer run time anyways since you can run this battery down so much further then the LA’s before going dead. The cart seems to accelerate faster, but I don’t know if that’s due to the battery or the huge reduction of overall weight. Regardless, I couldn’t be happier. It was literally plug n play for my setup. I did have to purchase a lithium charger but the charger also came with a direct plug for my cart. All I had to do was remove the signal wire to the controller. A couple of things to be aware of when choosing this battery is to make sure you have to space for it and ensure it’s rated properly for the draw of your electric motor. I was thinking about getting two of these for my cart but found out I didn’t have the space. I’m glad I didn’t because one battery is plenty for my setup. I’ve had 5 full size adults on this cart multiple times and it worked flawlessly. I plan to properly store this during the winter and hope it lasts many years. I think it even comes with a 3 yr mfg warranty, which I registered for on their website. ... show more

  • Great battery, but remember.
Style: 48V 60Ah
This made a very nice improvement to my 2011 club car precedent golf cart. The battery seems to last a very long time between charges. Do remember a few things when making the switch from lead acid batteries. One you will need to get a voltage reducer From 48 V down to 12 V or you will blow your lights out when you flip the switch. Also, this battery needs its own lithium charger that you will need to buy as well. Also, I had to modify the battery tray to fit the new battery in it, not a big deal. That being said, I would not hesitate to make the switch over to this much lighter, much more powerful and probably much longer lasting battery. I did not have to use customer service, but it seems like if I did, they would’ve been Johnny on the spot. Overall, very satisfied that I made the switch, my golf cart seems like it’s brand new again. ... show more

  • Lightweight, great power, holds long charge
Style: 48V 60Ah
I am 110% pleased with this battery. I purchased it for my golf cart and it runs great. Lightweight battery makes my golf cart go a few mph faster than with the old batteries. Super easy hookup, fast charging. My children can get 2 full days running it non stop around the campground before it needs charged again. Shipping was fantastic. I would recommend this battery go ANYONE! ... show more

  • The best thing that happend to me this summer
Style: 48V 60Ah
OK. Let's do this! Few things on the internet delivers their promises. Man, listen : all my supposed issues ( is the controller good?, maybe the acceleration pedal is failing) were solved the day I connected that battery to the golf cart. Since it had 8 Trojan batteries, I never knew or imagine a cart could go so fast. The vehicle is very lightweight (now wifey is afraid of it, lol), trorque is au rendez-vous instantly. Made in China? Finally I give some respect !!! Kids are happy. Looks like I can never get it fully discharged, the gauge is alway on the top position even I use the cart the whole day÷radio÷Bluetooth. For 60A, man it's more more than enough for me. Charger auto off. The cart is no even well tuned and I have so much power at my disposal. Respect, respect, respect for LiTime. ... show more

  • Great product and five star customer service.
Style: 48V 60Ah
Received the battery and took a while to get to working on it. At first I didn't think it would fit. Contacted the company about a possible return or trade outside the normal return window. They responded with a reasonably offer to return the battery with shipping cost and restocking fee deducted. I was able to make it fit and glad I got this battery from this company. ... show more

  • Happy with Club Cart Precedent Conversion
Style: 48V 100Ah All-in-1 Kit
Converted a 2013 Club Car Precedent from lead acid to this lithium pack and very happy with the results. Cart accelerates faster, maybe a little higher top speed, and handles hills much better. Have a lift and big tires. Installation was a little more work than I anticipated. The battery tray isn’t wide enough for the battery because of a few molded parts in the bottom. Used an oscillating tool to remove those and then the battery fits in fine. Used a ratchet strap around the battery and the hook point for the original battery hold down and feel like the battery is secure. Bypassed the OBC to avoid a lockout. Little concerning cutting and jumping wires but no issues. OBC wiring is behind the silver panel. You need to jump the blue and yellow wires that run from the OBC to the controller. I cut all of the wires on the OBC harness so I didn’t have to cut the main cart wiring. Connected the blue and yellow wires and capped the remaining wiring. There are black wire from the OBC to the charge port and controller that also need to be cut and capped. The main negative from the controller to the pack runs through the middle of the OBC and you don’t cut that. Doesn’t actually connect to the OBC just physically passes through it. All wires from the charge port are cut since you will be using the included charger. I mounted the charger on the cart with a few bolts (not included with kit). I also purchased a replacement charge port that has a male outside plug and female plug inside so I can plug an extension cord in the original charge port to power the included charger. You have to pry off the ring around the original charge port, remove the floor mat, and some trim to get to the screws to replace the charge port. This is when you will want to run wires for the display to the dash. Display fits perfectly right above the steering column. If you don’t have any 12v accessories you would be done with the install at this point. If you have 12v accessories you need to install a converter to step down the 48v to 12v. I have a light kit so I needed the converter. I wanted the converter to power on and off with the key so I got a converter with a turn on wire (blue ones on Amazon, not cheaper silver ones). Run the turn on wire to the key switch when you run the wiring for the display. I went and installed a fuse panel as well so future accessories can easily be wired. The wiring for my light kit had a positive and negative sticking out from conduit in the battery compartment. Positive was actually a blue wire. You’re really just looking for two wires that look like they are spliced into the main harness. I used a 12v battery to test the two wires I thought were for the light kit to confirm since I don’t have a wiring diagram. Excuse the wiring mess in photos, still need to clean that up. Total additional parts for complete installation were converter, fuse panel, charge port, and ratchet strap. Will also need additional wires for dc connections and mounting hardware if you don’t have those on hand. ... show more
