Great customer service so far from Litime and the batteries are “so far, so good”. I’ve used a couple of these in parallel to swap out the 6V battery bank on my scissor lift. Instant torque upgrade that you can feel compared to the old acid batteries that went to hell every 3 years and cost me just about the same as these do! The manufacturer doesn’t list scissor lifts as a use case, but I did it anyway and it works! Need to upgrade your charger of course to a compatible lithium ion unit.. which I also purchased from Litime. It’s been 2 years since the first swap, this is the second. Will follow up if anything bad happens :) ... show more

I purchased two of these and I would say I am very pleased. Only once have I over drained them and the safety catch inside the batteries worked just as expected and shut them off before any damage could happen. To turn them back on I just had to jump a 24v battery to the terminals and they both came right back on and charged. I have been using them flawlessly for probably 7 months. I will be buying more in the future. No worries with these, have I found yet. ... show more

Battery seems to be average for this price point, but now the app to see charge levels requires you register online (China) and the privacy policy collects usage data and sends it to the cloud (China), so now China is collecting everything they can about your usage. This wasn't the case when I first purchased this battery. Had I known, i would have found another battery that doesn't let China creep into your usage. ... show more

This battery was very disappointing, after 3 days of charging the output was just under 7 volts, I thought it may have been the charger so I bought LiTime 29V20A charger and got the same results under 7volts after 3 days of charging, I checked out the charger on another battery and it worked fine so it’s definitely the battery , Customer Service has made a excellent attempt to resolve the issue and has offered refund or replacement on the examination of the returned battery. ... show more
