  • 12 months later still going strong in my Toyota GR Corolla
Size: Group 48
12 months later still going strong in my Toyota GR Corolla. Used it in the cold winter 20F no issues. Massive weight savings from the stock lead acid battery. Would buy again. Direct fit, high quality battery.

  • Works on 2004 Subaru STi (group 26)
Size: Group 26-Button
Initial Review: 2004 Subaru STi (group 26). Received battery yesterday at 87% charge, about 13.3V. My alternator runs about 13.8-14.0 at startup. I charged it for about half an hour while I tried to decipher the weird instructions that came with it. Ultimately just decided to swap the battery in a usual fashion. By then it was at 93% according to its own diagnostics, around 13.4V. Fits directly in without any modifications. It is feather light. Hooked it up. Car cranks a little faster than my tired lead acid battery, which was struggling to maintain 12V. Car started fine. Idles normally around 13.8V. The battery shows 100% at this point. Will have to see how this plays out over time. I drive this car rarely. Also the tires dictate no subfreezing temperatures. I have a battery tender that is capable of LiFePO4 chemistry, but I frequently forget to hook it up, so I'm hard on batteries. My garage is insulated but not climate controlled. So far I'm happy, and if this holds up, I'd never buy another lead acid battery. The weight savings are like getting 1-2 free horsepower, and it's taken from the front of the car. One more tip: get a 12V lighter USB adapter with a digital voltmeter. For like $10 I now have accurate voltmeter that matches my multimeter and has a USB-C outlet as a bonus. ... show more

  • Great Battery, highly recommended

The battery fit perfectly in my 1985 MB 300TD and the car starts so easily now. So far, it’s great.

Size: Group 47 Button
Didn't last 3 months unused. Won't charge or turn on. Past return date not worth the money. And yes I know lithium batteries. I've had 45,ah cmax for 6 years and still going strong. This one though is junk.

  • Great Purchase - and it works!
Size: Group 47 Button
Almost a drop in replacement for the dead H5 that was in my 2013 smart fortwo passion cabrio, and is working great after two weeks. So much lighter too - easier to put into the vehicle because it is so light. Exact fit - except it is not a true H5 battery because it does not have the two holes in the handle for the positive terminal cover. I drilled two holes for the cover and all is well. That said, the picture shows the holes and the battery I received did not have them. I believe that the items received should always match the pictures for the item being advertised. Oh - made in China if that matters to anyone. The stock charging system is operating perfectly with this battery - I have a Bluetooth battery monitor attached to the battery and nothing is not where it should be. Starting voltage is higher with this battery than stock, and it appears that the headlights do not show electrical load changes like the flooded battery did - I think the LiFePO4 responds quicker to load changes than the stock batteries. If any of this changes, I will update the review. ... show more

  • It's NOT a direct fit even though fitment was confirmed to fit my car.
Size: Group 47 Button
It's been 4 months now and no issues, other than being under the impression it was a direct replacement battery for my 22 Kona N. To be fair, trying to find the exact group for my car wasn't conclusive. I only bought this battery for my curiosity. Since I was having issues with a powertex battery more than double the cost of this battery, I thought I'd try it out knowing a little about batteries. Anti gravity and powertex are seriously over priced. Using my automotive electronics back ground. I was able to use the stock battery wires after removing them from their holders. • Cautiously Optimistic
Size: Group 24 Button
2014 4Runner group 24. I’m using it in a dual purpose configuration: one battery for starting and fridge. Installation of this dropped my fuel economy. Starting power is strong. Runs my refrigerator well on dedicated circuit. Every AI I run the setup through cautions the use of a lithium as a starter with an alternator and ecu which expects a lead acid/agm charging program. Apparently the low resistance of the lithium during charging encourages the alternator to charge at a higher amperage resulting in the engine working more. Though nothing has failed yet, I have held on to my agm just in case. This won’t charge to 100% unless I use the alt-s diode to increase charge voltage to 14.4ish. You can feel the weight difference. This battery looks a lot like the antigravity brand but without the Bluetooth or the fob to jumpstart the car. After two weeks it’s working out really well. I wonder if the fuel economy drop was due to having the battery out and triggering a relearn cycle in the ecu…. Update: mpg at 15.8 ish combined with xl load tires. No indication the battery is suffering. Running well after a month. Diode mod keeps battery at 100%. Oem fuse keeps battery at 90% ... show more

  • Group 101 alternative, see update
Size: Group 26-Button
My car uses a group 101 battery, which is hard to come by. As an alternative, a more common group 78 can be used. Neither of these are available in LiFePo4, so I looked up dimensions and decided to try the group 26. It fit my tray OK, but I had to trim a piece of plastic on the car where the battery sits at the top rear of the battery, and then reroute my cables since the terminals were opposite. I used a pair of top-to side post adapters. The battery hold down worked with this battery. I wanted a LiFePo4 battery since I started using one in my motorcycle. It can sit for over a week and still start right up. It showed as 85% charged upon delivery. I used a Noco Genius 2 to trickle charge it overnight, which brought it up to 100%. I've used this about a week now and am pleased with the result. If it holds up, it will be nice to avoid buying a battery about every 3 years. The lighter weight is also a plus. Update- The LiFePo4 battery in my motorcycle can sit for weeks and start the bike right up. It's a modern bike with a slight parasitic drain. I was upset when I got in the car after a couple of weeks only to find the battery apparently dead. I tried pushing the silver button and it came back to life- 12.2V on the display and the car started. I suppose this is some type of safety mechanism, but it's inconvenient. Reduced to 4 stars. ... show more
