I purchased this snow blower in December 2025 and was initially pleased with how it handled. I used it on two occasions without any issues, so I felt confident enough to invest in an additional charging dock and spare batteries. Unfortunately, that confidence didn’t last. On the third use, the unit started up normally but ran for only about four minutes before the lights began flashing and the motor shut off completely. The batteries were fully charged, but I swapped them out for my fully charged spares just in case. Still nothing. I brought the machine indoors, let it sit overnight, and tried again the next day—no lights, no motor, no response at all. I requested a replacement unit, which arrived about two weeks later. I assembled it and tested it inside to confirm it powered on—it did. But when I took it outside to clear snow, it ran for two minutes before the exact same thing happened. The unit shut down entirely—no motor, no lights, nothing. At this point, it’s hard to believe I simply had bad luck with two units in a row. The snow blower is easy to assemble, but in my opinion, there is clearly a quality or reliability issue here. I’m extremely disappointed and cannot recommend this product.

1st off, this thing weighs 40 lbs. It has no pull at all, so you're pushing around 40 lbs. plus the snow, maybe another 20 lbs. If you like pushing around 60 lbs. of a machine & snow, maybe this is for you. Also, the requred TWO batteries weigh over 2 lbs. each. So now you're talking shoving around 65 lbs. in snow, it doesn't even have to be deep snow. This couldn't handle a light sprinkling. But alas, with the 2 batteries, fully charged, it started exactly ONE TIME. Because it's such junk, I was going to return it, but gave it a 2nd chance. Nope! It won't even start now. At all. Put in the fully charged 2 batteries, nothing happens. Bonus: it took me 2 hours to put this together, now it's going to take 2 hours to dismantle it & box up. Obviously I kept all packaging. UPS can come get this heavy boulder of a machine. Ann Arbor, MI here - believe me when I tell you, this is junk, it doesn't work as advertised, & you can see how many other customers are having battery issues. Don't Buy.

I say returned after one "use" because we literally plowed about 10 feet in a straight line and it stopped working permanently. 3-inches of snow. Not worth the money I spent, and I got it on sale.

Avoid this junk at all costs. Ordered one to remove snow from a freshly-paved, brand new driveway. We got our first snow today, so I assembled the machine, only to find batteries were NOT included in the box -- even though the Amazon listing said they were. Luckily, I had ordered two additional batteries to keep on hand. Got the machine built, plugged in the charged batteries and made it about 20 feet before the machine died. Now all it does is quickly flash the headlights when you try to get it started, but it is otherwise dead. Took the batteries out and put them back on the charger, clean a small amount of snow caked underneath, but still nothing. It's now a paperweight. Plastic junk. Do not buy.

This is a good little backup machine, I have a 220lb two-stage Ariens for the heavy snow. This is good for those quick 3-4 inch powdery snow cleanups. It blows through light/dry stuff effortlessly, throwing it 10-15 feet, and it's way faster and less back-breaking than shoveling. Lightweight with wheels for easy pushing, dead quiet, no gas/oil hassle, instant start, and the LED lights are handy for dark mornings. Brushless motor with the dual batteries handle small-to-medium jobs decently, and assembly was simple. Handy tip (learned the hard way): There's an orange safety lockout button on the side of the handle; push and hold it in while squeezing the throttle bar to engage the auger. Release once it's spinning. If you skip that, nothing happens; total trial-and-error gotcha that might explains some "won't start" complaints. Negatives: The chute control rod is weak and not smooth when turning the chute. Run time is avergage about ~15-20 min (shorter in wet/slushy snow). Cut out a few times on heavier/wetter stuff (overheat protection kicking in?). The chute can shift with packed snow, and it bogs down past 6 inches. Not built for blizzards or big driveways without extra 4Ah batteries (definitely grab spares for back-to-back storms). Overall for light/moderate typical storms here, it's been handy.

I bought this with the intent of clearing snow from the front of my house, while having a corded snow blower in my garage for my driveway which is pretty big. That was back in November '25 when I bought it. 1-25-26 Sunday, my area gets 8-10 inches of snow, I plan to clear the front of my house and take it to my parents house because my father's in the hospital and it dies after the VERY FIRST USE!!! The lights on the front flash but the motor doesn't work. I have multiple Litheli batteries because I've bought multiple other Litheli products that all worked with great results and they were all fully charged and swapping them out didn't help! This has me questioning any future purchases from this brand since all the others worked out so well. And there are numerous You Tube videos of others have the same problem, and some having a 3rd unit replaced with the same issues. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!

I would advise you to save your money for several reasons, the first being they make it impossible to register for the warranty and when you call the customer service they have no clue what to do.Second, I used the snowblower on very light and fluffy snow and all seemed to be going well but the auger suddenly quit turning, the Led lights were on but nothing else operated, so i basically have a $300.00 flashlight
