The media could not be loaded. I’m really impressed with this snow blower! The brushless motor is a game-changer — powerful, efficient, and much quieter than my old gas machine. I was able to clear my 81‑ft long driveway without any issues, and the snow chute rotates smoothly to direct the snow exactly where I want. Worked for about 15-20 minutes before the batteries needed to be recharged, I've contacted customer service requesting new batteries because these are either clearly defective or the overall quality of the battery is that poor. We'll see what they come back with.

I only used it so far on 1 inch of snow. It went together easy. It did the job. My husband had the gas kind and always had problems with it. He passed 5 years ago and I gave it to my brother. I needed something just to clean out a large paver brick courtyard for my dog. Beats shoveling. Got a deal on Black Friday. I looked at Ryobi, since I already have the batteries for various things but they were too pricy. 3 inches of snow tomorrow. Will see how it is on that..

This is a beast! I'd give it a 5 star if the handle was longer. It was definitely made for someone short. I am short for my family at 5'10 😆. The handle was way below my waist. I'd say from the ground straight up to the handle would be 36inches. We got dumped on and it went through the heavy wet snow like a champ. It went through 16 inches of snow. I did go back and forth at it but I wasn't about to shovel it by hand. We're going to make an extension for it. I would recommend this blower for small areas. It died halfway through a double car drivway. But it was very deep, heavy wet snow. A neighbor came out and said he has a gas powered Club Cadet and his bogged down. Knowing that I'm still happy with this beast.

The media could not be loaded. Got a defective battery. Before tearing up the box incase I have to return it I did a test run and everything ran okay for a couple of min but had no snow. Then on the day it finally snow after 5 days of receiving the product from mail it die after 7 ft of distance use on no more then 2 - 3 inch of snow. Try turning it on a couple time then took out the battery and press on the battery level to see if it's fully charge one of them light up while the other one didn't at all. Try charging both and 1 shows light while charging while other one didn't at all. Now the defective one is heating up on 1 side and has a burnt smell to it so something wrong with that one. Called customer service only got voice mails service and customer service later called me to email them serial number and video of defective battery. For now back to old reliable man power shovel. Update: Customer service said they’ll send me a new unit but since it was out of stock I’ll have to wait a month or get a refund.

Finally received this snowblower! Waited for UPS to arrive for 3 days! Biggest storm in Midwest and I had to shovel. UPS showed up today day, immediately tried the snowblower on areas I just couldn’t shovel anymore, it worked GREAT! Was soooo happy! Let it snow!

Not sure how this product received so many 5 star reviews. First 10 inches of wet snowfall in the Midwest proved it completely worthless. No power or battery life. Time to toss it in the dumpster and buy a dual stage gas powered snowblower.
