I decided to buy an electric snow shovel this year because I used to feel hurt in my waist every time I finished shoveling snow. ***Update***** so they reached out 1 day after my review was posted and corrected the error, they sent me the right batter, and also a tracking#. It was shipped the same day of them realizing the error, and i received it right away. Their customer service is a A+. I appreciate their their customer service and acknowledgment towards their customers, i recommend buying from this seller 100%. So this was delivered to me on March 2 i used it for the first time sometime last week and the batter wasn't working so i contacted the seller and they sent me a replacement BUT they sent me a smaller battery i bought the snow blower that came with a 4.0AH they sent me a 2.5 AH ugh...... They also didn't sent me a tracking number for the battery lucky i personally know the ups driver and he knocked on my door now as for the snow blower it self judging by the little charge it did have it worked so good that's the only reason why I didn't just return the whole thing

If you're driveway is over 20 feet and you need to remove more than 2 inches of heavy snow, buy something else. This snow blower would work fine to clear a short driveway at a condo or something comparable. I used this snow blower on a driveway that is about 40-50 feet long. It would turn off and you'd have to restart it when trying to clear the edge of the driveway with about 4 inches of snow. The denser the snow, the more it turns off and you have to reset it by letting go of the handle and turning it on again. The battery it came with barely lasted 10 minutes. So if you're going out to clear just a couple inches of snow on a very short driveway, this will work fine. Anything more, you'll need a different snow blower or multiple batteries. It should be noted that after complaining, customer service provided another battery at 50% off after some haggling.
