Where do I even begin? I was so hopeful for this snow blower. The idea of a cordless, electric snow blower seemed like a dream – no gas, no oil, no wrestling with a pull cord. The reality? A complete and utter nightmare. First of all, the power is pathetic. It claims to be a "20-inch snow thrower," but it struggles with anything more than a light dusting. I live in an area that gets real snow, and this thing just choked on it. I spent more time pushing it through the snow than it spent actually blowing snow. It was like trying to clear my driveway with a hairdryer. The battery life is a joke. I barely got through half my driveway before the battery died. And I have a pretty average-sized driveway! So, I had to stop, recharge the battery (which takes forever), and then go back out. It turned a 30-minute job into an all-day ordeal. And the "adjustable chute"? Forget about it. ("How can I adjust the chute direction on this?" - Good luck!). It's flimsy and constantly gets stuck. I spent more time fiddling with the chute than I did actually clearing snow. Pros: * ...It's quiet? I guess that's something. My neighbors probably appreciated that I wasn't using a gas-powered monster. * Looks good. Minor gripes? These are MAJOR flaws: * No Power: Can't handle anything more than a light dusting of snow. * Terrible Battery Life: Died halfway through clearing my driveway. * Flimsy, Stuck Chute: A constant source of frustration. * Waste of Money: I could have bought a decent shovel for a fraction of the price and gotten better results. * Heavy. Overall: This snow blower is a complete disappointment. It's underpowered, has terrible battery life, and is generally a pain to use. Save your money, save your back, and just get a good shovel (or a real snow blower). I'd give it zero stars if I could. This was a complete waste of money.

***Update***** so they reached out 1 day after my review was posted and corrected the error, they sent me the right batter, and also a tracking#. It was shipped the same day of them realizing the error, and i received it right away. Their customer service is a A+. I appreciate their their customer service and acknowledgment towards their customers, i recommend buying from this seller 100%. So this was delivered to me on March 2 i used it for the first time sometime last week and the batter wasn't working so i contacted the seller and they sent me a replacement BUT they sent me a smaller battery i bought the snow blower that came with a 4.0AH they sent me a 2.5 AH ugh...... They also didn't sent me a tracking number for the battery lucky i personally know the ups driver and he knocked on my door now as for the snow blower it self judging by the little charge it did have it worked so good that's the only reason why I didn't just return the whole thing

Great when it works, but fundamentally flawed. When this snowblower is running, it actually performs well. The problem is reliability. The dual-battery system is poorly designed: one “primary” battery drains faster, and when it hits low voltage the entire machine shuts down even if the second battery still has plenty of charge. Worse, in cold weather (you know, when snowblowers are used), the batteries can trip the Battery Management System and permanently stop accepting a charge. After that, you’re left with blinking snowblower headlights, error lights on the batteries, and a completely dead unit. Swapping batteries doesn’t fix it. Charging doesn’t fix it. Warming up the batteries doesn’t fix it… The batteries are effectively bricked and the snowblower doesn’t even work with brand new packs I bought separately! I thought it was my user error when this thing just isn’t meant for any real world usage. This has happened to multiple batteries and multiple units. A snowblower that can destroy its own batteries in normal winter use is not acceptable. Good idea, decent performance, but the battery management system and cold-weather engineering make this a return for me.

Received damaged package and the piece for directing the snow is damaged also. There were no charger blocks for charging the batteries. Other than these issues the snowblower works very good, and is easy to handle.

I never write reviews. I ordered this snowblower because it had good reviews and was a good price. I was so excited when the first one arrived! I did one line down the middle of my driveway. By the time I reached the end of the driveway, it died. Nooooo! I contacted Amazon and described the issue. No problem, they said. They would send a replacement. The replacement came a week ago and we had snow. I did the whole driveway and walkway ... awesome! This is what we were hoping for! 2 days later it snowed again. I was actually excited to 'shovel' because of our new tool. I fired it up and started rolling. No more than 6 feet in, the exact same issue as the first. The lights flicker, but no power and the paddles won't turn or blow any snow. Now, I have to pack up 2 separate large boxes and return these worthless snowblowers. So disappointed. Can not discourage you enough from ordering this product.

DO NOT BUY!!! I have had this for less than a year and it's already not working!!! I charged both batteries that came with the unit. I noticed that one of the batteries took longer to charge adn when I it finally did (all four lights on it were lit)When I depressed the lock-off button and then squeezed the operating bail on my Litheli U20 brushless snow blower, the LED lights flashed a few times. I charged both batteries that came with the product, and it just wouldn't start working. When I checked the batteries, the one that took forever to charge wouldn't even light up to show its charge level, even after putting it back on the charger. Saw a video on YouTube where this happened to another person, even after they changed the batteries. Don't waste your time and money.
