I'm a shorter female (5'3") and I found that the shovel was a little cumbersome to maneuver at times, but it cut through the plowed snow pile at the end of my driveway like a hot knife through butter. I wish it had an adjustable throw - but I knew it didn’t when I made the purchase. I also wish there was a way to lock the button down as I had arm pain later on in the day. Definitely worth the $100 even if I just use it for the snow plow piles. Great for a beginner electric snow shovel. Decent battery life, but you may want an extra as it takes a bit to fully charge when it dies completely.

If it can be used to create just a path for tires or a walkway and care for a smaller sized driveway I have used this thing for it. On a whim I purchased this and on day one of testing it did the smallish two-car driveway. Living in northern Michigan, it paid for itself in one week instead of having it plowed. Currently it's been -25 so the snow has been easy to move. It's unlikely it will be once it becomes wet. Being realistic, I know where I live and I know what I can expect out of it. I think it's great for what it is and it's very light.

Battery dies in 30 mins, takes like 10 hours to charge. Absolutely ridiculous. If you live in a dense area like me, or any city, the lack of directional adjustment is a severe setback, you’ll be throwing the snow on your neighbors yard, someone’s car, or directly into your face. The lack of trigger lock will cramp your hand, especially when wearing gloves. Better than manual shoveling but Overall do not recommend.

This is perfect for a small snow storm. Didn’t really try it above 3 inches but I had fun with it. Snow pretty much stopped when I bought it. Maybe I can update next year.

Being an older person, and not in great shape, I bought this to use on my walkway this past winter. I love it. It is ease to use. No more bending and throwing snow to the side. It works well and at a pace the does not take all day. It does throw the snow directly in front of the shovel, but if you angle it to the side as you go, it will toss it to that side. The grand children found it amusing to play in the snow as I used the machine. So, fun for all ages?

Bought for the upcoming snow storm. Easily handled the 2-3 inches we have so far, so easy my 12 year old can do it. I wish it could change direction to blow the snow but I knew going into this model it didn't have it. It's easy to charge as it comes with the USBC charger cord and just needs the USBC to USBC base to plug into. Very lightweight and easy to put together, just two screws.

I gave it a four star because of the shovel is indeed very heavy and the battery charge takes forever to get it fully charged. I actually charged it more than 14 hours to get it completely charged. I ended up buying a spare battery in case the battery is running out of the power. Other than that, this shovel performed like a charm.
