Received this massager for about a week now. It really does a great job in terms of getting the nodes out of my lower and mid-back. I tried to use it for my legs but it's a bit bulky to do so. I think I will try to place it on a different chair to see if works better for the legs. Overall, it does its job for my back. I like its portability. I can take it to the office as well as using it at home. You can use it anywhere as long as you can find an outlet.

When using it the first time I noticed a crinkling sound when the rollers came on. It made me think there was something wrong with it. I unzipped the cover (I'm glad it has that) and saw the quality sticker had gotten tangled up in one of the rollers. LOL! The good: Other than questionable quality control practices it seems to a nice little massager. I can feel the heat when it's on the highest setting. I like the optional vibration at times. The different patterns are OK, at least you can change it up a bit. It feels like a real massage if you can get in the right position. The not-so-good: The power cord keeps slipping out of the adapter. So if I move it a bit it falls out and I have to find the cord, plug it in again and reposition. I solved this with duct tape. Inelegant but effective. The inflatable part is just a waste imo. It doesn't really change the position that much and you've better off just sticking a pillow behind it if you need it higher. The controls are on a slightly too-short tether. It's hard to put them in a convenient place. And there is absolutely no way to pick this thing up with one arthritic hand. There are no hand holds, it's slightly heavy and it's all a wedge shape so it slips right of your hand. You have to use two hands to place it and it's hard to get it in just the right position sometimes. I'm thinking of trying to sew handles on the cover but not sure if the material is sturdy enough. The rollers seem to struggle a bit if I lean into it too hard so I'm worried that it won't be durable over the long haul. But as a prime day deal I think it was worth it.

Nice quality product. Does a good job of massaging my neck, legs etc. Easy to tote to whatever room you are in. Provides heat to relax while working the muscle aches. Good value for a reasonable price.

Received overnight. I have head and neck issues and this massage pillow provides the relief I need daily! My wife likes to use it too. The heating function really help to release the tension of neck and shoulder muscle. This is a nice product to have!

Works great for those shoulder blades. I found it a but uncomfortable for my neck unless I put a towel over to help cushion it. The heat is a great tool to loosen sore and tight muscles!
