These turned out better than I expected. Assembly took 1 hr 20 minutes each. The chaise lounge area pulls out easily, but doesn’t roll in easily to stow. You must hold onto chair or it just backs up instead of stowing. There isn’t any guides so it tends to go crooked and jam. Not a deal killer. The folding down of head portion: you must tip full forward to activate the ability to lay that area flat. We got this brand as it has fold down legs in the head area, making it sturdier (we hope) to withstand kids. As a chair it is tolerable to sit in, not soft. As a bed I took a nap for a few hours and it works for 140 lb 5”2” adult. Not soft, but ok. I could spend a weekend sleeping on this without complaint. They don’t take up a lot of space, look modern, material isn’t scratchy. I ordered the dark grey. 56 lbs listed on box for weight. Easy for me to move around. Just a lot of screws to assemble, but seems solid when done. For the price, ($650 for 2 including shipping) I am satisfied and would purchase from this vendor again.

I had been looking for a chaise for a long time and when this was 30% off AND free shipping I jumped at the chance. The style I ordered was gray linette, which is the fabric that I imagine the average sofa/chair has which is weaved cloth type. Nothing fancy. Assembly was easy- I did it by myself. The pictures were a little vague but nothing too frustrating. I did have to redo some things to tighten but the biggest relief was that all the pre-drilled holes actually DID line up. Often when assembling furniture, I find that pre-drilled holes are slightly off, just enough where you either jamming the screws in or struggling to line things up. Everything you need comes with it and I especially appreciate they had felt pads to put on the legs since I have hardwood floors. I adore this chair. It's wide and deep for the awkward ways I sit. For perspective, I am 5'6, ~135lbs so I can sit in this crosslegged or with my feet tucked up inside it when its in the regular chair position. A bonus is I find my tv table feet can slide well underneath it, meaning I can sit pretty far back in the chair and bring the table close to me. In my old chair, the tv tray feet would hit the legs. I pad the back with some extra throw pillows. The bottom cushion is very sturdy and doesn't sink, which is great for me but others may find uncomfortable. If you want a plush chair, a pillow top, bean bag kind of feel this is not for you. As a chaise, this is also very comfortable. My 6'1 husband who was skeptical because this chair is pretty low to the ground was surprised how comfy it is. It's easy to convert from chair --> chaise, although it can be a little janky. Please note that the chaise/pull out half is not necessarily connected or bolted to the chair itself. It is kind of hooked to each other, meaning when you pull it out it can be wobbly but otherwise its fine once its completely out. I have not tested it out as a bed, as we don't have any intention (or space) to use it as such but I do like it is extra secure with the hidden feet on the back which basically is undetectable looking at it. Potential Cons- This chair is low to the floor, which some may not like, meaning you have to bend even lower to pull out the chaise portion. It has a hard cushion, which may be uncomfortable if you want a nice big plushy soft chair. Chair and pull out portion is not one piece so its inherently less stable. Chair is realtively light, so if you are a bigger person it may move when you are sitting in it esp on hard floors. Overall: I HIGHLY recommend this chair, especially if you are remote worker or someone who kinda sits in all sorts of awkward positions. It provides great back support bc the cushion is harder and wide enough. Great price, easy to put together!

On first site, the blue color is really pretty. It is soft to touch. Putting it together is not hard but not easy. The instructions were not very clear to me and I made mistakes several time making take apart and redo it. I will suggest to you to look at those pictures really well the very tiny differences make a big deal. The seat itself is very hard. It is very easy to pull out the extension. The firmness does not bother me as I bought it to extend my legs when I have to sit on it and if I need to lay down I want it firm. I'm very happy with this chair and would buy it again.

It's decent for once in a while use. I have it In "man cave" to watch football etc. or when I want a break from what ever project I'm putting. around with. get pooped stand in front of milling machine making some part it's a decent chair for that. reata bit. I expect the only person who would ever sleep.in it will be a visitor who decides to stay over or grandson etc. not proper actually living room furniture unless you are like we were qhen we first started out 53 years ago. no furniture. it would be good starter chairs for the money and free shipping.. can't beat that. but it's not an everyday chair. you'll need a oc of craft store foam to add to bottom if using as a bed. maybe some quilts etc you'll get by.

This chair is well made and arrived nicely protected with no defects. Assembling was simple just follow the instructions provided. All the tools needed are included. To turn the chair into a bed just unzip the two zippers at the back and push it the most forward position possible then pull it all the way down, will know by the clicking sound it’s done correctly. Pillows arrived compactly sealed, they puff up fast after taking off the plastic wrap. And it’s easy to set up or put away the footrest by slide and pull. I use this chair for my remote work. It has made my work much more relaxing as I get to lay down for a nap at my breaks easily, it’s comfy with soft velvet texture fabric, looks beautiful and just the right size. Really love it and recommend.

I was looking for an option to host an overnight guest with little space for a new piece of furniture. What prompted me to buy this convertible chair was the weight capacity, as I have several plus sized friends. It is certainly well made with a strong metal frame. The cushions could be a little bit thicker, but I can add a mattress topper to address that. I was able to assemble it with the help of a 14 year-old.
