  • NOT WHAT YOU'D EXPECT
This tool is not Chinesiam metal it's 100% top grade steel and it's made in the USA. I hammered on this thing for an entire weekend and a complete front end replacement on my silverado, I bet I could return it as never used brand new!

  • Multipurpose Tool
I use this to help me get my RCV boots back in place. It also worked phenomenally well in separating my fan from the fan clutch.

  • Simple but well made tool.
Tool steel and it rings when you tap it so I expect it's tempered right. A little shorter than the last one I owned but it will work fine.

  • Strong steal so far.
Pray the ball joint and hammer. Mazda Miata works. Upgrade stars once I try on other vehicles.

Although this has a made in China stamp, its performance is solid (I only mention this because, I have scares from using other brand tools that are made there). It is refreshing to see that this was made to the traditional Lisle Standards from many decades ago. I just used it on 4 Chevypickups removing the tierod . It gave me high confidence as I hit it hard with a 5lb hammer to remove some very hard to loosen tie rods. I recently had an email exchange with one of Lisle Corp customer service staff. Their communications is prompt, professional, and most importantly informative. EdW ... show more
