I purchased this supplement because it covers many benefits that I want to support and issues I would like to prevent - so much so, that I wrote some of them around the top of the bottle with a marker. * That's a free tip for you btw! : ) If you want to quickly rembr what a supplement's benefits are, write it on the bottle if it's not already there. I haven't had any issues with taking it so far - no upset tummy, no aftertaste, & easy to swallow. I look for Liposomal products for the enhanced absorption factor, and this met that. I am taking it for cognitive support + healthy aging. It also is supposed to be good for bone, heart, and cancer health so I appreciate that as well.

I'm Sorry but when I took this product I got sick the two two times I took it.. Plus the shell surrounding it was very thick. It affected me as if I was taking Tocopherol's, which I cannot digest.. I would like my money back because I cannot take these and be well. These are said to be Tocotrienols, but they affect me like the other less desirable form of Vitamin E so I will not be ordering them again.. Going back to my first brand that never made me sick although they cost a small amount more..

I am a MD. It is hard to write a review without getting too into the specifics. But I will give it a try. First, it was an easy medication to take. 1 pill, easy to swallow. Second, the liposomal formulation increases its bioavailability. Third, there has been increasing data suggesting a lipid lowering effect. Since I hate reading reviews with bad science, I would recommend you to look into tocotrienol ( Delta, gamma ) and hmgcoa reductase. Statins are competitive inhibitors of the above. Tocotrienol does something different but very similar.
