Bought this device in June, 2024, and have had intermittent internet. I don't have any device with an ethernet jack so couldn't verify if the problem was on the MODEM or the router. Now I have an USB to ethernet adaptor and finally verified the problem is the router. Called Linksys technical support and they said this is an end of life device without any support. The only thing they can do is to offer a 40% discount on a new device that's 4 times the price that I paid for. Unbelievable. ... show more

Tried settling up router on laptop, which was completely unsuccessful and wasted time. Calls to support later, realized the smart button on router was easiest way to go.
