Great to take daily and especially after a round of antibiotics. I have noticed more regular BM and less bloating. The best probiotic, very high quality and decent price. Shelf stable and travel with love! Tried multiple prebiotics including prescription brand. This probiotic supplement actually works and it is non prescription, also cheaper to buy this through Amazon. This probiotic is super easy to swallow and is made of good quality. I have tried several different kinds of probiotics and to be honest I can't really tell a difference in any of them. I'm sure this works fine, but I've just gone back to getting the cheaper version from the pharmacy. And as far as I can tell, they work ok too.

This is a great probiotic. It has all of the strains probiotics I am really after and it has at least half a dozen that I am not familiar with. Our guts are supposed to have lot os different kinds and Can't understand why so many supplements only have one or a few strains, it is ridiculous. So, I love that pre and probiotics has so many strains. The amount I take is two probiotics at a time and the price is very affordable, I would like to take this probiotic for a longer period of time, especially because our whole family takes probiotics on a regular basis, and I have ordered probiotics to avoid the embarrassing situation of running out.
