Goes on like a sheet. I just wish it fit our 13.5” mattress better or had a bit more stretch. It and our sheets slide when using our adjustable base. It does the job though. Our toddler spilled her drink in our bed and it didn’t get through.

So far it is durable. It fits the mattress and keeps it dry. It seems to be of good quality. I haven't washed it yet. I wish I had purchased 2. It's perfect for the mattress but I needed one for the box spring. I liked the appearance and the heavy plastic. I will definitely purchase another one.
