I did a lot of research because I just started cutting my own hair at home. I’m not a professional but okay at shaping up my fades in between professional haircuts, therefore I didn’t want to spend a ton of money on a product that I may never use? I did change the blade to a Wahl model 1006 blade and zero gapped them myself by watching videos on You Tube. Changing the blade made a significant difference and turned this no named brand clipper in to a professional type. I have previously used an Andis corded masters clipper, which is great but I wanted to try a cordless without spending $200.00. I paid a total of $110.00 between buying the Limural cordless clippers and trimmer, the Wahl blade and Yinke guards, which were okay but inexpensive and worth a try? All in all I have owned the clippers for about 3 months and given myself about 7 haircuts with no issues. The battery life is extremely well, it usually takes me between an hour to an hour and a half to complete my cuts because I’m slow and precise fading and blending every line and detail. At the end of the haircut, I usually have between 50-60 percent of battery life depending on how much blending is required. I have only charged the trimmers 3 times because I tried to get the battery down to as low as possible in the 10-20 percent range before charging and have had no issues with the battery taking about 2 1/2 hours to completely charge to 100 percent. The trimmer charges within an hour because I don’t use it as much as the clipper and it has no meter but has yet to run out of battery only charging when I charge the clippers. I hope this was helpful and wish everyone the best of luck in finding a product that best suits your needs.

I waited a year to review these. And granted I don't use them everyday. I've used them at least twice a month for a year and they still cut great and run great. I learned how to cut my hair with these and now that I know what I'm doing they're still excellent. The hype is real
