I've owned this mat for a 3+ years now, and it has held up excellently. I primarily use it for rolling out pie and homemade noodle dough. I always flour the surface, but even when the flour thins out, the material is more forgiving than the counter. The silicone material is durable and, honestly, it's a pleasure to use.
