So far so good. Great weight. Not so heavy that unwieldly, but not so light that flops over when set aside. Will stand on it's own and like the attachments. Price was decent and you can't go wrong with white. Size fits well in my hands. Really love its speed options etc. So why only 4 stars? There's a significant design flaw. You see, there is a BOOSTER BUTTON on the side of the machine. Not a big deal and can be a good thing when cooking. But I'm used to popping in the accessories without a problem. The basic mixing accessories were having trouble popping on and then coming off when I asked them to. I was fiddling with it and happened to forget to unplug + accidentally hit booster button. Even though machine was OFF, the beaters whirled to life. Even though I immediately released the button in surprise, the beaters were still whirling at top speed for a sec. Luckily my fingers were no where in-between them, but what if they had been? What if I had really messed up and done hit that button while my fingers were INSIDE the beaters?? Now, this is an easy fix - just make sure to ALWAYS UNPLUG your mixer when NOT IN USE. But I think the company should make it so that button doesn't do anything unless the machine is actively on and in use on any of the 5 speeds.

I bought this mixer on Feb. 9, 2023. I use it once a week to make cupcakes, muffins, cookies and icing. It suddenly stopped working on June 29, 2023 as I was making icing for cookies. I would expect a mixer to last longer than this with this amount of use. I would not buy another of this brand if this is as long as they last. I have contacted the company. Edited to say that I STILL have not heard back from the company to make good on their warranty. Edited to say: Oct. 8โI still have not heard from company about the failure of the product/warranty. I am not pleased with the quality of their customer service. Edited to say: It is now October 31 and I STILL have not heard back from this company. I purchased this mixer to replace my prior one after it broke. I cook very regularly and usually use mixers for things like mashed potatoes, whipped cream, pot pie crust, etc. I seldom bake. When I do, itโs usually a small batch of cookies. So, I usually only use my mixer once or twice per month. I was looking for a mixer with descent power, sturdy, easy to clean, and easy to store/space conscious. This mixer is an upgrade from my previous mixer (which was super cheap and did a less than adequate job). This mixer is easy to use, has great power, and mixes things quickly and effectively. It is great for my purposes and frequency of use. My only complaint has to do with storage. The plastic container included does not attach to the bottom of the mixer. The mixer simply rests on top. Additionally, there is not enough space in the container to include the cord. So Iโve had to continue to use the twist tie. The only thing I wish was different is that the container latch to the mixer and for the cord to fit in the container. But this complaint isnโt enough for me to return the item. Itโs just something to be aware of before purchase. I am very happy with the item over all.

I bought this for the kids to use but I find I use it a little more than them. I like that itโs easy to clean, it doesnโt fall over when I place it on the counter, it has multiple attachments to use and that it has a storage container that you can store everything that came with it in. I do have 2 negative things or rather constructive criticisms Iโll say about the mixer. The first is that the storage container does NOT clip into the mixer. As it is now the mixer sits on top of the storage container. This can be a pain if you knock it over and all the attachments fall out. Maybe you want to store it standing up instead of face down but you canโt because the manufacturer didnโt think this far ahead or maybe they donโt use their own products so they donโt know what a pain it is to keep washing attachments that fall out. If the manufacturer is reading this maybe add Velcro to it or design it so it clips in. You totally dropped the ball on that one. fired! The second issue is that the turbo button isnโt really noticeable when I use it at the highest setting. Iโm no Tim the Toolman Taylor but if I was, Iโd give it more power. Har har har (Youโll only get the har reference if youโve ever watched the TV show. Yes I just aged myself with this reference). All in all itโs great for the price I paid which is why I gave it 5 stars.

This mixer has everything you need for the average baker/cook - good attachments and a little storage container. However.... I was shocked at how fast the lowest speed was. It is NOT your standard low speed - all the ingredients in the bowl went flying everywhere - like it was on turbo speed. It's impossible to do a low speed mix; so you can just imagine what speed 5 is like!
