I had been using a 45 yr old mixer that just couldn't keep up with the task so to Amazon I went for a replacement. The mixer has a bin which holds the beaters and cord and keeps things tidy in the cabinet. There are 5 speeds run on 400W which gives one plenty of power to mix thick batters. The lowest speed is gentle for starting out or for lighter sauces, batters, etc. It's not tiring to use, is lightweight yet heavy enough to get the job done. Very nice powerful mixer! I like the additional attachments. My ony complaint is that the storage container does not attach to the mixer, so when you pull it of the cupboard it falls off and everything falls out. I fixed it with a ruberband. Also, it was odd that turbo made it slower, not faster... but not really needed when ran on high speed. Overall, a very nice mixer. Looks as advertised. ... show more

Don’t necessarily love that the base doesn’t snatch on. Would be nicer if I could use one hand to lift everything when bringing it out of the drawer, but I have to hold the bottom with the handle. I will say…so far it mixes well. Just the storing part is a little disappointing.

It was ready to use. Instructions was easy and the exta parts are a plus. I like the storage container and it is tiny enough to not take up a lot of room. I was in desperate need of a small portable mixer and this served the purpose.

I bought this mixer on Feb. 9, 2023. I use it once a week to make cupcakes, muffins, cookies and icing. It suddenly stopped working on June 29, 2023 as I was making icing for cookies. I would expect a mixer to last longer than this with this amount of use. I would not buy another of this brand if this is as long as they last. I have contacted the company. Edited to say that I STILL have not heard back from the company to make good on their warranty. Edited to say: Oct. 8–I still have not heard from company about the failure of the product/warranty. I am not pleased with the quality of their customer service. Edited to say: It is now October 31 and I STILL have not heard back from this company.     • Great mixer, great power for light use

I purchased this mixer to replace my prior one after it broke. I cook very regularly and usually use mixers for things like mashed potatoes, whipped cream, pot pie crust, etc. I seldom bake. When I do, it’s usually a small batch of cookies. So, I usually only use my mixer once or twice per month. I was looking for a mixer with descent power, sturdy, easy to clean, and easy to store/space conscious. This mixer is an upgrade from my previous mixer (which was super cheap and did a less than adequate job). This mixer is easy to use, has great power, and mixes things quickly and effectively. It is great for my purposes and frequency of use. My only complaint has to do with storage. The plastic container included does not attach to the bottom of the mixer. The mixer simply rests on top. Additionally, there is not enough space in the container to include the cord. So I’ve had to continue to use the twist tie. The only thing I wish was different is that the container latch to the mixer and for the cord to fit in the container. But this complaint isn’t enough for me to return the item. It’s just something to be aware of before purchase. I am very happy with the item over all. ... show more
