So far so good this wheelchair is very manageable I have used it 3 times. I put it in the back seat of my car on a tarp so that it can go in with little friction. The wheelchair was easy to assemble right out of the box. The construction and materials are very high quality. I have only been able to test it driving around inside my house and it is easy to maneuver around. I am very pleased with this purchase.

Delivered 3 days late. I really needed it before the weekend, but it didn't show up until Monday. After mentioning that in this review, the company reached out to me and apologized for the late delivery, but explained that the delivery portion was actually Amazon's responsibility. I can confirm that Amazon's deliveries have been struggling as of late. I think this was my third late delivery from them in the past couple of weeks.The chair itself is pretty nice. A little narrow, which causes my elbow some discomfort, but doesd fit through most doorways easily. Definitely not the softest cushion or arm rests out there. I'd recommend a supplemental cushion if you'll be sitting in it for longer than about 10 minutes. But it's nice and light weight. Pretty zippy, although there can be a little delayed response in the joystick especially on the lowest speed setting. The two footrests are removable and can be rotated out to the sides which was important for me, and surprisingly hard to find. Overall a pretty good chair, just wish it had shipped earlier so as not to have arrived late. I appreciate the responsiveness of the company and their desire to make sure I was satisfied. I'm hoping to take this chair with me on a trip to the Republic of Georgia in the next couple of months. If I can make that happen, I may update my review to express how easy or difficult it is to take on a trip. ... show more

We purchased this chair for our disabled son for traveling. As we get older it gets harder to push him and the option of power is great along with being able to use manually. The weight of the chair is accurate and can easily be lifted into our van. Airline approved is also a big plus.

I wanted to love this. While on an outdoor outing, I turned the chair to manual to help my MIL cross a busy street. The back wheels locked up and I had to turn it back on to get her out of the street. I had to drive with the joy stick and try not to run over myself. Called Amazon for help but the seller was slow to answer a d only repeated the instructions I had already followed. Light weight easily placed in car for travel. The joy stick is sensitive, only small movements are required. The slowest speed too fast for use in confined areas. You should try it out in an open area to figure out how to drive it. If you're in a confined area you could crash into things. I purchased the extra cushion to increase the comfort and I'm glad I did I think it is needed. It is easy to charge. I think the instruction book could be better. Overall I am pleased with the chair.
