I purchased the mammoth wheelchair for my wife and so far it's been good. The problem I have is I purchased a second battery got thr wrong one. I sent it back to bangeran I never got the replacement I paid for. After 2 months of me calling them to get the correct battery they then told me they could not get it right know. They offered a refund and I never got it. They make a good wheelchair but the customer service is horrible.
