These scrub pants are probably my least favorite, and I will share why. Im 5' 11", 165lbs, the Med fit fine, except that they are a bit long. I usually wear about a 31 length in jeans. The material feels like a cross between tent fabric and a latex glove. The pocket on the side looks neat, but is pretty small, and whatever you put in there except a small set of keys, tends to make the pants droop oddly on that side, so i generally don't use it. I use the scoop pocket found on most other scrub pants alot, so this is odd for me at work at times. My chief issues with these pants are that the side seam doesn't lay flat when your wearing them, the fabric poofs up around it a bit. and on the bottom on each pant leg there is a half-way elastic cuff which makes the back side not stay down right, catching on the top of your shoe. I purchased my original pair from a scrubs brick and mortar store and they were amazing. So much so that I found this same style here on Amazon and bought 3 more. Comfort and breathability like no other. Zipper pocket so you don't lose your stuff. I use them for everything from moving, hiking, or just lounging around. As the headline says, comfortable fabric, decent fit, though a little baggy. However, whoever designed the pockets should be fired. The right "cargo" pocket is a small zipper pocket. It barely fits my wallet and I use one of those minimalist wallets in the ridge style. Because the pocket is so small, you feel whatever you put in there every time you move. The left side has no cargo pocket. Instead, it has a zipper pocket underneath your regular hip pocket. The inside pocket space of both occupies the same space, so you can't carry as much as you otherwise would. It does help keep things separate but otherwise is a terrible design choice.
