This chair is outstanding. I was looking for a chair like this and found all of them were priced over $1,000.00+ at the local furniture stores. I found this chair on Amazon and the cost was around $700.00 plus shipping. I ordered the chair and they told me it would take up to two weeks to deliver. It showed up in five days. The chair came in two pieces (the top and the bottom). This was great because we didn’t have to worry about it fitting though the door. A young friend of ours came over and carried in the two sections. The miscellaneous electrical parts were attached to the back of the two pieces of the chair. It took him about 20 minutes to assemble the chair and get the electrical parts working. The chair came with great directions to assemble it (I usually find that most directions are very complicated). I got it in breathable leather and it is a fine piece of furniture for our family room. I didn’t find any problems with the manufacturing of the chair. The massage function is great on my complete body and the heat function on my back was excellent where it it’s but it would be better if the heat was on the seat cushion beside on my back. My tailbone needs heat some days. The only minor little thing was it was supposed to have cup holders and didn’t have them (no big deal for me). The controls were easy to use and the controls have a clip so it can be attached to the side pocket. The controller for the massage and heat was easy to use and have multi functions for intense, time and isolation of the massage function from full body to each muscle area. If you are looking for a chair for medical reasons, this chair is for you. It relaxes my back and shoulders When comparing this chair with other chairs, this one is as good or better than the more expensive chairs.

The recliner comes in 2 boxes, and my son-in-law said it was very easy to assemble. I bought it for my husband who was having surgery soon and has sleep apnea, he needed a comfortable recliner that he was going to spend a lot of time on. There are 2 motors so it adjusts very flat if necessary, and it lifts up very high which helps him get up more easily due to his weak mobility. The customer service was very prompt in answering the questions, I had prior to purchasing this beautiful plush leather recliner. The bonus is that it also has a massage remote too., and a side pocket to hold it. So happy I made the right choice in purchasing this beautiful recliner that adds beauty to my living room.

So I started this review months ago and kept falling asleep halfway through. Probably shouldn't have tried writing it in the recliner. This thing has a dwarf star hidden in the seat somewhere. Once you sit down, ennui will keep you from ever wanting to get up again. While there are some complaints about one piece being really heavy when it comes in the box, I think that attests to the fact that its built like a tank. There's only four pieces to the assembly. I did find that a rubber mallet helped to nudge the arms into the locks. Also, some of the wiring is stashed in the folds by the right arm. There's what seems like a gazillion wires to hook up, but some are for the massager and some are for the USB ports. These are separated from the primary tilt mechanism, so its actually not that bad. The reclining function is great although if you're really tall (I'm about 6'), putting it into the negative gravity position may make it prone to tipping backwards. That's what I get for growing right through my hair. The massager is absolutely obscene. It has a timer in increments of 15 minutes going to an hour, along with a variable heat function. The vibrations aren't sadistic rollers that pinch your spine or rattle your bones like the beds that vibrate for a quarter. There are multiple vibration zones, say 4-5" apart, running from the top of the seat, all the way through the foot rest. THROUGH THE FOOT REST!!! You can control the types of massage, the zones where you want it (including only the foot rest), and the intensity. There are only two drawbacks to this recliner. One, you will never want to get out or even yield it to a loved one, law enforcement agency, or IRS. I'm planning to be buried in this. The second is that it doesn't have an equipped kitchenette, restroom, or propulsion means with a steering wheel so I can just fuse with it.

handsome yes, comfortable - but not even two months and creaking and groaning going up and down. No, I am not overweight and no, wd 40 did not solve the problem. turned chair over, inch by inch, nothing stuck or out of place....click-click-click- groan goind down not so bad going up.. what gives?
