The media could not be loaded. We put it to the ULTIMATE TEST, see the video! This product is very well-made. Assembly is pretty easy, but time consuming. It took almost exactly four hours for two people. That was using a drill gun, not the supplied hex wrenches (which was probably a little faster). I want to love this product but the amount of rust on it after only two years in souther Texas has me wishing I had never purchased the plane. We have climber and swing set from the same company. We haven’t had issues with those but this is falling apart. My children love the plane. The design is great and I love the height adjustability. I messaged the company last year when I started seeing rust and never received a reply. I’ve messaged again as I expect that after spending $300 on a fancy teeter totter that it would last longer that two years without issues. ... show more

Amazon failed to note Patent Pending on this piece of equipment. It broke after 2 days of use at a preschool. Because it was purchased over the summer (as most schools do) and put together in the fall with the start of the school year, I am being asked to disassemble, repackage and ship the 90 pound teeter totter back in order to receive a partial refund. Called Lifetime to check about any warranty and when pressing 3 for playground, it simply rings for minutes on end. Terrible customer service on both Amazon and Lifetime. ... show more

We got this for our church playground. The kids of many ages are loving it. Several have complained about the assembly, but if you've done anything with putting something together, it's really not that bad. There's just a LOT of parts. Follow the directions and it's fine. Time consuming yes, but we had the majority of it assembled in our livingroom in one evening. We put the fuselage together and the wings together separately. Then we put it in the truck, hauled it to the church and put the wings on there as well as tightening every bolt. It's bigger and far more sturdy than we expected. The kids are just loving it. This is a wonderful addition to any play set. The kids will love it and play on it forever. Putting it together is a nightmare. We eventually gave up and decided to call our maintenance man that works for us to come by. It took him a little over 3 hours to complete. I was a little worried with the box it showed up in. It didn't seem big enough. I was wrong. They had it packaged very well. And i am very happy with the size of this plane. Yes there are a lot of pieces to put together. The instructions are great, the parts boxes are perfect. Everything is separated by number and there is different part boxes for the different steps so there is less confusion. All of the fasteners are strong, nothing stripped. I purchased this five years ago, and it has not rusted! The kids LOVE it! It’s a little less safe than a regular see saw, so I would recommend a lot of supervision. I love how the green and tan blend nicely with nature, as bright-colored toys can look a bit tacky in the backyard.

I think this was a good decision, as it is now a permanent playset for our yard that can fit a huge number of kids.
