Everything fit together perfectly and the high quality was evident in every component. It took a long time to assemble but, given the size, and details tended to in the product, this is not a negative. The pieces were clearly labeled and the many screws, washers, nuts, and bolts, were packaged in blister packs that were clearly labeled as to the component they needed to be installed in. Great playset. Was able to install everything in a couple hours other than making mistakes and putting a couple items the wrong direction it went together with ease. Just take your time with the hardware, I had a few bolts break while installing. But all and all seams sturdy.     • Great playground but pay attention to part orientation during assembly
Playset was delivered in 8 boxes on a box truck and took about 4 weeks to receive. Instructions are okay to follow, but the labeling of the structural members are terrible. No label actual labels on the parts, besides telling you what box they are in. The BILT app was awesome to use, since you can rotate the design and have it repeat the steps. Overall assembly went pretty well, had to go back a few times and flip pieces because I had them backwards. Design is really nice and my kids love it. I would definitely recommend this playset, but take your time and pay attention to the orientation of the parts. Assembly took me about 8 hours. ... show more

Well made and sturdy. Should hold up nicely in the Florida heat and humidity. The kiddos love it. Took my husband about 7 days to build, working on it a couple hours each evening. Really nice playset. There are some cool features not mentioned in the description, like a track on the floor and stars on the ceiling. The directions were horrible and it took a few redos but I know the kids will love this for years to come.

The kids love this swing set and I couldn’t be happier!! You do have to pay attention when putting it together and make sure the holes are facing the correct direction. Also a tip is to not over tighten the screws! My husband put it together by himself in about 20 hours! The swing set is very sturdy. Delivery was fine and the boxes came with everything in them not damaged! Overall great!!! ... show more

A very beautiful and sturdy play set! We did have 3 screws break, and we were missing the screw for the binoculars but Lifetime is sending us the missing hardware. We hired a team of two to assemble and it took them about 8-9hrs to finish it.
