It was VERY Hard to find a small futon like sofa for my studio and this was perfect. I haven't used it just yet for my friends to lay on but can say it is comfortable. I'm an 180lb man it seems to support me just fine!

If you’re purchasing this mostly to be used as a seat then it’s a good little sitting place. I wasn’t impressed when it lays flat to be a sleeping a arrangement. There are 4 cushions. When it folds out, the top and bottom cushions are comfortable and the middle two are hard. Which is necessary when using it as a seat but as a sleeping arrangement the hard cushions are where you’re mostly laying making it uncomfortable. I purchased this item mostly for sleeping arrangements and I thought it was great that it folded up to be easily stowed away. My guest was a trooper and slept on this one night but reported it was not the best night sleep they’ve gotten. (Yikes! That’s not my hope for my guests) I like it as a seat but my decision to return it was based on the fact that I still need to find a sleeping situation for guests. ... show more

Bought this to put in my daughters room under her loft bed. I really liked that it can be used as a sofa or a bed. It’s probably only big enough for one person to lay on but can definitely seat two people. My daughter enjoys it and she has slept on it already instead of climbing up her loft bed. It was intended to be used as a bed if she has a friend sleep over and as a sofa they can sit on together. It is a bit pricey.
