This seems to be really sturdy in construction. Love that it has dual zippers and mesh back and rubber feet on bottom. Dislikes are that the window won't fold down or roll up AND the reason we returned was that the chest strap hit right at my throat. I think if you are very thin and can cinch it really tight then the chest strap may fit correctly, but my husband tried it as well and it hit him even higher (even when adjusted to its lowest setting). ... show more

Loved the size. I have a 16 pound cat and she fit in it while it was standing up, could size out of the bag easily and open areas to pet. When it was laying down underneath seat while flying had ample space.

I received it I put it together. I have not put my dog inside. I think it is too bulky don’t care for the dimensions. The size since my dog is only 4 1/2 pounds has been sitting on my table. I got this because one of my kids loves to take the cats outside for a "walk". This actually works pretty well to allow the cat some outside time without actually getting outside. It isn't good for a larger cat - no much room to move - but it is good for a smaller cat (10 lbs or less). Same goes for a dog if you can manage to get them in it. It is pretty heavyweight and durable. To use as a backpack, it almost takes 2 people to put on unless your animals like to be jostled a lot. As with anything, there are some good and bad.
