I am so pleased with this seller. At first, I was a little annoyed that there was such a big price difference between the color options. But the set was still within our budget and so I purchased. however, after completing assembly, we noticed that one chair was tilting left. I contacted the seller and within a day they handled the issue and accommodated us with new chairs, free of charge. I’m so glad I bought from them, as they really do care about their customers. And the set looks great! While the seated cushions are a bit on the hard side, the back cushions are plush and overall pretty comfy. My child who often resists naps has already fallen asleep several times on our new outdoor set :)

You can’t beat this couch, the price is beyond fair and the quality is exceptional. Some reviews stated long assembly time, but I used my boyfriends drill to screw everything in and had the entire thing built in about 40 minutes. As you can see my dogs are loving it, and we will get such great use out of it for many summers to come. I love the color selections for this couch as well.

Received my furniture in three boxes within a couple days. Opened the boxes to check the quality since I didn’t plan on setting up immediately and was pleasantly surprised! Considering the amazing price I was skeptical the cushions would be cheap but they are plush and sturdy! So glad I didn’t spend thousands on something that is exactly the same. Have not finished setting up since it’s still not sitting outside weather in the northeast but will update with a picture when it’s outside. Was contacted by the company to make sure everything was as expected and they were very responsive and let me know to email them with any issues when I put it all together. Would definitely recommend!

We went with this set, due to all out pets. We needed something that could stand up to both cats and dogs. When we were assembling the set, we discovered that an incorrect part was sent. I emailed the manufacturer on Friday, they responded in less than a day, and after a couple follo0w up emails that Saturday, the replacement part shipped out on the following Monday, and was received on Friday. We ended up with an extra seat, which was OK, as it fit perfectly in the corner. Best customer service I have ever had with a company! WOULD DEFINATELY BUY FROM THEM AGAIN!

Great product! Went with this one due to great customer service reviews and wasn’t disappointed. Arrived in 3 boxes over 2 days just a few days after I ordered it. My advice for assembly is for each piece you are screening together, start in one corner and go to the next nearest screw location. Do an initial “loose screw in” that way (get each one in but not fully tightened), then once they’re all in place come back thru and fully tighten. All in all solid quality, we’ll see how it goes against weather but reasonably sturdy and comfy. Way better deal than what you see at the big boxes.

Absolutely love this set! Arrived much earlier than expected. It is packaged very well in 3 different boxes. The wicker is a lovely medium brown tone. Very easy to assemble, as I mostly put together myself. Love the storage under the table. That was a plus for me. Cushions do not come with a strap to keep from blowing off, however there are tabs for you to string something through them.

This product was packaged neatly and assembly was easy. I was impressed at the quality of material. It is so comfortable I could spend all afternoon lounging on it. This will be a great addition to my backyard deck. It is a superb buy and the price is reasonable. I would buy it again.
