After shopping at all the local places for an outdoor sofa and finding nothing we liked (or cared to pay the ridiculous prices for), we took the chance on this one. I have to say that putting it all together took a little time but the packaging was first class and very well thought out. It came in 3 big boxes and every part was fit perfectly to maximize space usage and ensure security of contents. Another big plus was the customer service. If you dropped a bolt or had problems when installing, no worries, you only need to contact customer service. They will teach you how to solve problems and give extra screws!! Kudos to LHBcraft for that! We expect to buy some ropes to fix cushions and pillows. Because there is a hole that can be tied to the rope, this is very intimate, allowing us to choose whether to install the rope. All in all, this sofa is very comfortable, heavy duty, and just looks awesome. It fits our area perfectly, offering a comfy space to overlook the pool and yard. We love it! ... show more

Great product! Came in three boxes on two separate days, but nothing was broke! Everything went together perfect! Fits just like we measured off for. I left the cushions off because it was going to rain the day after I got it together.
