This was easy to assemble. It is lightweight when using. It stores easily in a small area of the closet. It does a good job of sucking up dirt & pet hair. It is easy to clean. Only issue is that it is expensive. However, because every else is so good, I guess it is worth the extra money to buy quality instead of spending less money together a lower quality product. ... show more

Bought it in new condition according to the page but when it arrived it was filthy and one of the replacement filters were burnt. If you read this and I hope you do, just spend a little more and buy an official one from LG.

    • Dyson's are overpriced
can swap the batteries on the lg vac, if i run out of battery just swap a fresh one in and boom fully charged! dont have to wait like 3-4 hrs to charge like a Dyson with its non removable battery. The motor on this unit is powerful and quiet has has hepa filtration. This unit comes with various attachments a charging stand and a spare battery which is a huge convenience for a cordless stick vac. I have had good experiences with lg products in regards to reliability which can be said for the other leading stick vac brand. Overall very happy with this purchase ... show more

The vacuum worked great. Very strong, very quiet. However, mine broke after less than 3 months with regular use and the seller said there is no warranty past the 30 day return policy. Now my 400$ vacuum is broken and I have no clue what to do. I would just buy right from LG instead.

This cleaner is everything I wanted. It has ease of changing cleaning heads, great suction with turbo booster, dirt container very easy to clean and it's easy to store on charger for next use.
