Although there was a little damage upon delivery, I love this couch! I was a little worried about ordering a couch online, not having sat on it, or seen the fabric in person, but I am very pleased. It was delivered right on time as scheduled in 2 large boxes. Unboxing was easy, screwing the legs on required a screwdriver and some strength, as there were no pilot holes. once the legs and caster wheels were on, assembly was easy. The storage area in the chaise is large and spring-loaded, which makes it easy to open. The pull out is easy to operate and makes a generous queen size with plenty of room to lay fully out. I am 5'8" and probably had at least another 6 inches of length room. The cushions are firm, and I love the medium gray color (NOT dark gray) it has alot of blue tones which goes great in my blue-gray room. The fabric is a low-pile chenille. Honestly so pleased with this couch! They were able to get it through my small hallway and it fits so nicely in the space! It was super easy to assemble but it did take two of us just to move it and match up the backs to the right spot. It looks amazing. The sofa is very comfortable and looks great, easy to put together with no problems. I would have rated it 5 stars, but be ware of the delivery statement. It says that the company will deliver to inside enry to your house. The delivery truck came with just one person, he said he could not take the pieces up the steps. Now I will admit the hours has a lot of steps, but this is one reason I chose this product! I am extremely disappointed with the situation we were put in, we are in our 70's. Whether my home has two steps or 20 steps, don't stat that you will deliver inside the home unless you are, most all homes in our area have steps. ... show more

I’ve had this couch for about a month now. It’s holding up well to my 2 dogs and a cat. This is a pretty firm couch and you sit up high on it. It’s comfortable now that I’m used to how firm it is. The back cushions are nice and fluffy. I keep the tabs tucked in and out of sight and have had no issue with being able to open the storage compartment or pull out the sleeper part. I recommend using the Amazon delivery service if you can, they set it up and took all the garbage with them! ... show more

The couch is nice to look at but it is the most uncomfortable seat I ever sat on. Its hard as a rock!! And the couch was not cheap. How would I return it, very very disappointed.

This purchase was definitely risky for me, as someone who prefers seeing and trying out items before buying. I never liked the idea of buying a couch online, especially after seeing friends make similar purchases, only to be let down by shotty craftsmanship and smaller-than-pictured furniture. SO even with very little info, I made the risk. I saw how others were impressed, and I hoped for the same. I'm glad I went with my gut, because now I finally have a couch to be proud of. it's bigger than anything I could have imagined either. my old couch barely fit through the hall, but this one fit without any issue! and ithis one is bigger than my old one! It is still but that only tells me the couch will last quite a while, as it will take longer for the springs to go bad. The back cushions are not reversible, but quite comfortable. not as firm as the seats, but just right!. FYI: When installing the legs, before you screw on the rectangle ones, flip them over, and use the 2 pilot holes to guide you to complete the screw hole. remove screws, flip leg over, then install. I've provided photos of the fabric/material. (my stairwell is only 2 feet wide) ... show more

Overall I would be very happy with the couch. It looks nice, the dimensions are nice compared to so many love seats that are just tiny, and the back cushions are very soft. While the bottom is firm as noted by others it is not uncomfortable. Two people can sit in it comfortably with plenty of space. This would probably get a 4 or 5 from me except for two things. 1) We had a hard time assembling it, and we are neither mechanically disinclined nor do we lack tools. The bottom of the couch has four holes drilled as if that is where the feet should be screwed in, but they did not align with the holes in the feet either spatially or in number. Expect to either drill new holes in the bottom of the couch to properly install the feet, do it incorrectly with their pre-drilled holes and accept the possibility of collapse, or screw it in to the best of your ability without pre-drilling. We also had to take a hammer to the back of the couch to fit its pegs into their slots in the bottom. Both sides had to be hammered to bend the metal pegs but ultimately we got it to fit. 2) I'm most upset that the top of the couch has a big (several inches long by an inch wide) spot of glue on it that I was not able to remove and that I cannot easily hide. When it came out of the box it was stuck to a glue spot on the underside of the couch. It is half-hardened but still sticky and dark and shiny so it stands out against the fabric of the couch. My best hope is to cover it up with a throw but I don't want it to stick to or get on anything else. Even this would not be such a problem if this couch had been particularly cheap. After tax I still paid $500 for it. I wasn't expecting fantastic quality but I was at least expecting there to not be errant glue in visible places. I love this couch! We got it a week early Tuesday 24th of January 2023...bonus, it wasn't hard to put together at all. We received all the pieces it was supposed to have. The only thing is it is very heavy. It came in 2 boxes and both boxes were extremely heavy but I can't complain because I absolutely love it. It was a little pricey but Definitely worth the money, it is also very sturdy so it should hold up for a long time. Great purchase!! ... show more
