This table is absolutely beautiful. The setup was very easy, only needed to screw on each leg and it was done, came with every tool required. It probably took me 5 minutes to put together. After it was assembled, it was sturdy and strong, without any annoying wobbling or instability. I love the look and feel of the chestnut wood grain. I highly recommend this table for small families on a budget, even though it is for 4 people, it is possible to fit 6 if you don't mind being a little bit tight. ... show more

The wood is stained with a good color and it gives off the impression of being higher quality than it actually is - from a distance that is. Assembly is painless and easy, it's just four legs. This is a nice solid table for a kitchen. It is pretty heavy and awkward to move, but that rather attests to its sturdiness. It is a little bit of a pain to put together. The screw closest to the tabletop is a little too close, causing my hand to hit/rub the wood, which was uncomfortable and took a little longer. The table was fairly easy to assemble in about 10 minutes. The kit comes with an Allen wrench, for 8 screws, but assembly will go faster if you have a cordless drill with an Allen Wrench bit. The table had some small cracks on one edge, possibly due to the box being dropped while shipping. But the table-top was not damaged and was very smooth. Only minor complaint is the bottom of the table legs were not smooth or polished. Minor item as you won't see it, and don't plan on slide the table around on carpet. But the table felt sturdy once assembled, and I recommend it for a smaller room. ... show more
