The five star rating is totally personnel. The taste is not bad but may not be for everyone. Adding a banana, strawberries or blueberries to the smoothy helps a lot. I have found drinking a smoothy about a hour before bedtime helps with falling asleep and waking very rested. I use this supplement in addition to a whey supplement I also take. ... show more

Usually this product is over a 5 star. This delivery/lot L-22075-v1 smells and tastes terrible. Not sure whats going on with this lot but for that price, extremely disappointing. Tried to choke several shakes down because its open and thought maybe it was a fluke. But it’s just terrible.

It's a bit pricey but the flavor is nice. Still a little grainy when mixed and can clump up, but with a good mixer or blender it comes out nice and taste pretty good.
